During the first test, I had my blood drawn, but they later informed me that there were no results due to some unknown incident. I then went for a second test, and after a month, I was told that the results were inconclusive again. Now, they are asking me to do a third test. This repeated process is extremely inconvenient and concerning. I believe the clinic needs to improve their record-keeping and communication to avoid such issues in the future.”
