This notice covers the public directory at findbestclinic.com. For privacy enquiries, requests about your personal data, or a concern about a published review, contact [email protected].

You can browse clinic profiles without a patient account. Please do not send medical records or sensitive treatment details when contacting us.

Information used to provide the website

When you visit, our hosting and network providers process request information such as your IP address, the requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver pages, protect the service, and investigate technical problems. Destination searches are sent to our server to return matching locations.

We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the directory. It is separate from the optional audience measurement described below.

Contact messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to answer your request, check a reported error, or handle a privacy enquiry. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or a legal obligation where applicable. Include the relevant page URL when reporting a problem.

Public clinic and review information

The directory brings together information from clinic websites, public listings, and review sources including Google. Public reviews can include a reviewer’s display name, review text, rating, and review date. We use this information to help visitors compare clinics and understand the source of a rating.

If a profile or review contains your personal data, you can ask us to check, correct, or remove it. Send the page URL and enough information to identify the record. Changes on FindBestClinic do not automatically change the original source. Read more about our data sources and limits.

Optional analytics and your choice

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, browser and device information, and site performance. It uses identifiers and cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. The basis for this optional measurement is your consent.

Choosing “Reject analytics” keeps these tags from loading. We store your choice in this browser’s local storage under fbc-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days. This preference is used to remember your decision, including a rejection.

You can change your choice here or through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics for future visits from this browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not undo earlier processing.

Infrastructure and external services

Our website and data infrastructure use Cloudflare, Oracle Cloud, and Hetzner. Providers process the request and service data needed for hosting, storage, delivery, and security. Email services process the messages you send us.

Pages load icon fonts from Google Fonts. Clinic maps load map tiles from CARTO and map assets from unpkg. Those services receive network information, including the IP address needed to return the requested asset. External clinic websites, map links, and social media links have their own privacy policies.

Some service providers process data internationally, including in the United States. Their processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on the service. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose. Contact messages are kept while needed to resolve the enquiry and meet any applicable legal or dispute-handling obligations. Technical records are kept as needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting. Public directory records are maintained while relevant to the directory, subject to corrections and removal requests.

Your analytics choice expires after 180 days. Analytics cookies and data have separate lifetimes set by the analytics service and its configuration. You can withdraw consent and clear browser cookies at any time.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time.
