I am unsure if the previous reviews are fake because I am currently having a Terrible time with them. I had completed every blood test ultrasound. Submitted in a sperm sample by my partner in November. After that I heard nothing. After being ignored the whole month of December. I let that go as it's Christmas and followed up in early Jan till mid Jan, calling everyday. There's always an excuse. The assistant is on vacation, the doctors schedule is not out. Finally they scheduled a meeting with the doctor in March. And I'm told that 2 months is the wait time. So from November to March. You do the math, since rcc cannot. Last time I spoke to the medical assistant I was supposed to be scheduled immediately so that I can go ahead with my iui. I had asked a question an she was rude. I'm trying to understand that they are busy and the people working are trying their best. After calling everyday, I received an email stating that the sperm analysis is missing. So I had to go on a wild goose chase to the lab. I called in and another assistant told me she can see it in the file. So basically the medical assistant did not review the submitted documents but felt ok to email me and inform Me that my appointment will be cancelled if the documents are not submitted. On emailing and informing Emily that the other assistant can view the document, I received an email just stating , Received thank you. There is no accountability. I am looking through all the reviews and the ones that actually write the truth about poor communication, no communication with the doctors at all or how they are treated by the medical assistants- all those reviews have a standard copy paste response stating we know how frustrating it can be, please contact us directly. Well if you know how frustrating it is why are you not taking steps to improve the system. And contact you directly....how ???you close at 3 and there's no way to get in touch directly . The receptionist transfers the call and either you get a voicemail or the call ends. I've called every day to finally getting an appointment in March. And being gaslit that appointmentd take 2 months. How is March 2 months from November. And the medical assistant Emily did not even bother to get in touch with me. I'm wondering if after writing this review I will also get a copy pasted response by the owner about how frustrating the process is and I should reach out to them instead of them calling me back and trying to help. Extremely disappointing.

Dr Jennifer Lam and her team work like robots. You cannot expect a proactive and empathetic communication from them in our experience. The humane care and communique is missing. They treat you like you are just numbers. We were referred to this team but the experience has been a nightmare. Hope they improve, or I plan to see other clinics soon.

Prompt and informative fertility clinic. First appointment was scheduled within 1 week after referral. Lots of availability for bloodwork, ultrasounds, and sono's. The nurses call the same day to tell you the results after having bloodwork and ultrasounds. Dr. Leyland was very gentle during the Sono procedure. It was quick with minimal pain (much less than an IUD insertion).

Frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor communication. Doctor's office failed to respond to calls and emails. Clinic staff lack empathy and humanity.

UPDATE- it’s been more than a month my doctor sent referral and you confirmed receipt. Still no call and no reply to email either. Nobody from referrals ever returns calls. I have left messages and called several times. Very frustrating and disappointing. I hope and pray none of you have to go through this journey ever. Because the ones working at your clinic DONT care. Lack empathy and basic humanity.

Received compassionate care from Dr. Deller, who genuinely cared about well-being and had a calming effect during a stressful time. The staff was caring and medical and emotional needs were supported. A patient is very grateful for the care they received.

I am truly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Deller. What stands out most is her compassion. She genuinely care about her patients’ well-being, both medically and emotionally. Her calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference during a stressful time for me. A big thanks to her
