I went to the Evewell as I believed I was experiencing secondary infertility after successfully conceiving our little boy naturally in 2020. My husband and I started investigations in January 2024, which gave no explanation as to why we were struggling to get pregnant second time round. Dr Benjamin Abramov advised us to continue trying until the new year (2025) at which point he would be happy to do an IVF cycle, which is exactly what we did. I commenced treatment in Jan 2025 and the entire team were nothing short of exceptional. I was travelling up to London from Cornwall which added another layer of coordination / stress(!) but the team were always accommodating and supportive. I had chosen the Evewell due to their personalised approach and it was worth every hour travelling and penny spent. They are special people doing special things.
We decided to undertake all the additional tests on offer: PGTA, EMMA, ALICE, ERA, in order to maximise our chances of a healthy and successful pregnancy and after my embryo transfer in May 2025, we were delighted to find out we were pregnant 💫 a miracle. We now have a perfect 3 week old little girl who has completed our family. Her older brother is completely obsessed with her 🩷 The IVF process is not for the faint hearted, but the physical and emotional toll of trying to conceive and the entire IVF process has dissipated since holding our little girl safe in our arms. I am incredibly grateful and cannot thank the team at the Evewell enough for making miracles happen, especially Dr Ben for being so compassionate, caring, professional, and tailoring my care to my individual case. We are forever grateful, thank you 🙏🏻 x

I found The Evewell disorganised, chaotic, and worryingly unresponsive. Nurses frequently sent urgent instructions at the end of the day, making it impossible to clarify errors or ask questions. On one occasion, I was prescribed hormone patches they already knew I was allergic to. I had to use one anyway, and despite informing them of the reaction I can have, no one followed up or checked if I was ok. During another appointment, I was physically hurt during a scan. I reported significant pain and bleeding, and raised concerns that the sonographer lacked adequate training. There was no clinical follow-up and no safeguarding response. I really felt I was bothering them when trying to follow up about it. Despite their polished web presence, it really seemed that they are overstretched, under-coordinated, and have lost sight of patient safety. The overall culture felt rushed, dismissive, and complacent - unacceptable at this price point, and unacceptable full stop.

Tried to cancel my appointment with this clinic. Phone is never answered or is dropped. The admin staff got my date of birth wrong and they couldn’t even find my appointment and kept asking if I was calling the right clinic despite me telling them over and over again. Turns out they had my date of birth incorrect. I’m glad I’ve decided to go to another clinic as others have also had admin problems. This clinic really needs to sort out admin. Shame.
