The ultrasound tech, Leigh, in Pensacola had very poor bedside manner during our visit. This was our first ultrasound to see our baby and we were extremely excited. She began by taking measurements and a few minutes into the scan my husband asked a simple question—whether what we were seeing was the baby’s head—but she did not respond. He then repeated the question louder, assuming she hadn’t heard him, yet she still said nothing. She continued taking measurements in complete silence, never acknowledging or answering the question. A few minutes later, we heard what we believed was the heartbeat. My husband asked if that was the heartbeat and again received no response. I then asked if she could let us hear the heartbeat again. About a minute later, she moved back to allow us to listen, but still did not offer any explanation, reassurance, or even a simple acknowledgment like, “Yes, that was the heartbeat.” It was very clear she could hear us, as she reacted to my request, yet chose not to speak. At the end of the scan, she simply said, “All done, you can get changed.” I then asked if everything looked okay, she replied “yes,” with no further detail. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience, especially considering how meaningful this moment was for us—as it is for many IVF families who have invested significant time, emotion, and financial resources into reaching this appointment. A first ultrasound should include at least basic empathy and communication.

If you love to fight medical bills this is your place. You will have years of issues, would you like to get back from deployment to find your wife crying over issues with Tricare fighting with these very special humans who are making things up and billing for random things that may or may not have happened?! Sign yourself up here for stress and horrible experiences. I highly suggest if you have been wronged by these people report them for the shenanigans they have been whipping out, report them to Tricare and whatever other insurance and make sure they audit these chuckle heads up and down, it's pretty much a guarantee they will find some interesting things. Tldr, run, far away from these people.

I have called this place every day for a week straight to book appointments as an egg donor & every single time they tell me the person is not in office that can book my appointments! Or I call and they take a message saying I will get a call back & NOTHING . I couldn’t imagine someone trying to reach their office who’s actually trying to conceive/build a family having to deal with this staff! It’s nerve racking they will be monitoring me through this process and they can’t even take a simple phone call !
