IVF clinic has unfriendly staff, long waiting time, and poor communication. The facilities are relatively clean but the services are unsatisfactory. The treatment outcome is disappointing.

I had the most traumatizing experience here, I was at the clinic for my fertility check and the receptionist forgot that I was waiting there for 30 mins for my blood test. The doctor was clueless during the scan and seemed incompetent! After that, the doctor then gave me no new information besides stating the report numbers during consultation. Fertility journey can be a sensitive one, and personally, I prefer better service and expertise over mere transactional engagement like the one at TFP. I am sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We learned about Boston Place Clinic through a family member. After years of trying to conceive, we decided to reach out to Boston Place. About a month after our initial contact, we underwent our first egg retrieval. Since we needed PGT-SR embryo testing, the process took time, and it required five treatments to achieve the healthy embryo we had been hoping for. Now, we are overjoyed to have a beautiful little girl. The staff at Boston Place Clinic was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout our journey.
