We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gudi and his team. From the very first appointment, we felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. Fertility journeys can be overwhelming and emotional, but we felt a combination of incredible medical expertise, compassion, patience, and genuine kindness that made all the difference. Dr. Gudi took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all of our questions without ever rushing us, and made even the most stressful moments feel manageable. Thanks to Dr. Gudi, we felt supported every step of the way—and we will be forever grateful. Dr. Gudi was absolutely amazing. He was so thoughtful throughout the entire process and always made himself available whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. I felt genuinely cared for and supported at every step. The procedure was a success, and I couldn’t be more grateful. His appointment and administrative staff were also fantastic warm, organised, and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gudi without hesitation.

DONT'T DELETE - I strongly advise caution before choosing Dr. Gudi and Harley Street Fertility Plus. Dr Gudi had asked us to see andrologist end of £16,000+ dont trust the guy !!! When the treatment failed, instead of taking professional responsibility, he told me the outcome was 'between me and my God.' My success at another clinic proves this wasn't about God; it was about a lack of medical skill and proper diagnostics. They seem more focused on iron-clad consent forms to protect themselves than on actual patient success. To be quoted another £13,000+ after such a failure felt like a complete cash grab. Do not be fooled by the demeanor; look elsewhere for a clinic that prioritizes results over profit. I wrote this review more than a year ago....Please note after spending £13k and two years of treatment my husband was referred to an andrologist back in Aug 2023. I took the decision to head home because of the exorbitant costs being quoted here and contrary to what Mr Gudi suggested, there was no need which is shocking. Surprising the andrologist we were referred to were all extremely costly too. Its very disappointing and I wouldn't refer this clinic. Please save your hard earned pennis and don't follow blindly what they say. They don't know everything. They chase you down for every penny, and when you ask them questions there is no valid responses. Pls don’t delete - this place is a rip off. They tend to push negative reviews at the end and even delete at times that’s why they have a 4.9 rating We went there looking at the great reviews, but I am sad to say we were disappointed. Dr Gudi kept giving us false hope, and at the end of the process when it wasnt successful asked us to see the andrologist. Why was the IVF conducted when sperm wasn't upto the mark in the first place ? At the end of the emotional roller coaster were we spent upto £13000+ we were told "I am sorry its between you and your god". It’s not about being emotional but getting justice and value from the thousands + pounds we invested. Our case was taken very lightly.We would have expected honesty from day 1. All procedures are carried in London’s women clinic which costs £6K for two cycles, hence we aren’t sure why we paid double that amount for single cycle. Feels like being taken advantage of.

I would like to share my sincere experience with Dr Gudi, as I truly believe he is an exceptional fertility specialist. After being treated at several other clinics, I can honestly say that Dr Gudi stands out for his knowledge, precision, and integrity. His approach to treatment is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and well planned, and he never rushes any part of the process. What impressed me most was how carefully he prepared my uterine lining. He did not focus only on thickness, but on quality. He monitored me closely with regular scans and would only proceed when the lining was exactly as it should be, including ensuring the correct triple-line pattern. Dr Gudi was also very precise with medication timing, especially progesterone. He explained clearly when to start, the exact time it needed to be taken, and why consistency was so important. I never had any issues with progesterone levels or medication under his care, and everything was managed carefully and correctly. He never pushed unnecessary tests or procedures and was always honest. If something did not look right, he was prepared to cancel and restart rather than waste time, money, or emotional energy. Throughout my treatment, he took the time to explain protocols clearly, answered questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood every step. Looking back now, everything he said and did makes complete sense, and I truly appreciate how careful and professional his approach was. I would highly recommend Dr Gudi to anyone looking for a fertility specialist who is knowledgeable, precise, ethical, and genuinely dedicated to doing things properly.
