After switching to Penn, I’m convinced that society hill should shut down. My new practice at Penn offers much more personalized titration of ivf medications because they are open on weekends and holidays. Society hill has everyone do the same protocol and barely adjusts the doses based on the results of labs and ultrasounds. Additionally I was successful in 1 round at Penn. Icing on the cake was that all the out of pocket costs were significantly CHEAPER at Penn. Please ask for a breakdown of costs and compare to that of penn and RMA and you will see firsthand. There is absolutely no reason to come to this place rather than RMA or Penn. Society hill is much smaller with less resources and open hours which will affect outcomes. I’m also skeptical that their reviews are not falsified. Many of their 5 star reviews are from profiles that have a stock photo, full name, and only 1 review.

I was repeatedly let down by this practice. When my wife and I finally decided to switch over to another practice, it quickly became clear how unequipped they were to handle the IVF process. Just to compare to another practice: Society Hill: Limited monitoring of IVF process, a set dose and frequency of medications that was significantly overestimated and caused great pain before, during, and after retrieval, incorrect insurance billing, phlebologists that need at 2-3 tries to get a vein, each monitoring appointment conducted by a nurse, not open every day, tons of physical paperwork that needed to be filled out, and most importantly... 0 blastocysts successfully matured for implantation. Current practice: An app that allows for paperwork processing, messaging nurses/doctors, tracking of hormone levels, etc., competent staff (including phlebologists and financial advisor), each monitoring appointment conducted by a doctor, open every day, careful monitoring and titration of medication that led to a comfortable retrieval and 8 successfully matured blastocysts, and an overall pleasant experience.

It has taken me years and years to find someone to listen to me about my own body or take me serious to get the testing and answers I’ve needed and Dr.Kelly did just that and more! I recommend her to anyone who even thinks they have fertility issues. So thankful I found her, wish I did sooner.

Difficult to work with. I have embryos and just needed prices for embryo transfer without insurance and they refused to give a price.
