Patient experienced poor care, communication, and a horrible transfer experience at IFI. Staff, including Dr. Provost, were condescending and didn't listen. The patient eventually transferred care to another clinic, which was a significant improvement.

If you value patient care, communication and prefer to not advocate for yourself the entire way this is not the place for you. I should have listened to my gut several times before my transfer. Haley …

The clinic has bad communication skills, a scam billing process, and charges patients more without explanations. They make patients feel like numbers, not people. The staff, particularly the doctor, are unfriendly and unresponsive.

This clinic is an absolute JOKE. The doctor has zero communication skills, which is unacceptable for something as sensitive as fertility care. They make you feel like just another number. The billing …
