I was referred to Shady Grove for testing and throughout these months, Katherine has been amazing to me. I wish that I had an advocate like her at other doctors’ offices too. I have felt so cared for. Thank you.

I always have such a great experience at the Brandon office! Susie is very comforting & easy to talk to. A’Dena is an amazing MA. Her phlebotomy skills are some of the best I’ve experienced!! Highly recommend this location

Tried scheduling an appointment for me and my wife. They got the location and our personal information wrong after spelling it out for them. Had to call back and spell everything out once again. Had to fill their extensive online form pre-appointment only to be told our appointment was cancelled when we arrived. They said they tried contacting us multiple times but we never received anything, they have our phone numbers and emails. They can’t even manage to make an appointment correctly.

Dr. Plosker helped me conceive through IUI in 2017 at another facility. So when we decided to try again in 2022, at the age of 40 with fertility issues, I saw that Dr. Plosker moved to SGF and immediately called the office. First meeting was great – he was already up to speed from 2017 and had a plan in place, knowing we didn’t want to wait. We were only going to try IUI once and if it didn’t work, we weren’t trying again. And to our surprise, the plan worked on the first try and we now have a 19 month old. So both of our sons are with us thanks to Dr. Plosker and his teams. The journey isn’t always pleasant but our experience both times were great and resulted in what we were hoping for!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a while. Shady Grove was able to figure out why we havent been successful and help with next steps. Ashley is amazing! She checks on us and is always there to answer any questions we have. We truly appreciate her!

Over a month ago I sent Stacy Cohen, Office Manager, a detailed explanation of everything that had gone wrong with my IVF cycle and FET. It was 7 pages long. Ms. Cohen immediately responded apologizing and saying she would look in to the matter and get back to me. I have not heard from her since. So, in an attempt to save anyone else from having the experience I did, here are the cliff notes. Dr. Plosker blatantly lied to me regarding my main concern about doing IVF with Shady Grove, then blamed the “confusion” on me based on an assumption he made about me. He also pretended to not have read my medical record before making a decision on medications even though there was proof in my chart he had reviewed it and then still decided to use an inappropriate dose of medications. Dr. Silva evidently does not believe in informed consent. He was very rude, demeaning, and frankly not trustworthy. The only communication I had was with Dr. Plosker’s nursing team, consisting of two nurses who not only had no idea what they were doing, they made multiple mistakes I had to continuously check up on, and they truly do not understand the emotional toll IVF takes on patients and have no compassion for it. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Jenn Moglia spoke a big game over the phone when I shared the details of the issues with the two nurses and assured me she would take over my case and eliminate the issues. She then disappeared. I couldn’t get ahold of her and somehow the two nurses I had no confidence in were the only ones I could communicate with. Eventually Jenn showed up again, promised to handle my case, and promptly disappeared. Again. For the cherry on top, they don’t tell you as a self pay patient when you’ve already paid thousands and thousands of dollars up front, you owe approximately $700 more to round out care if you end up getting pregnant. Absolute worst experience possible. I regret not flying back to NC to use my first IVF clinic even with all the stressors that would have come with that decision. There are other options for IVF out there- use them.

Dr. Plosker and his team are amazing. I am so happy that I found this clinic and fulfilled my dream. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant using my own eggs. Dr. P is very professional and cares about his patients. From the first day of my initial consultation with him, I felt that he was a good doctor for me. So I decided to switch to SGF from another fertility clinic. His nurse Jordan is my favorite nurse. She always gives me positive advice and is very supportive of my IVF journey. Also, the front desk receptionist was friendly. There were a lot of emotions during the treatment, especially because I was doing it alone, but I am so grateful to them. They gave me a little gift for my IVF graduation. It was so thoughtful. I very appreciate them so much.

The Brandon team at SGF is absolutely amazing! My wife and I decided to begin our fertility journey and felt so comfortable and accepted from the beginning. Ashley was absolutely amazing with us and has made our journey so easy for us to navigate so far. She would answer any questions we would have and make sure we had everything we needed along the way. Seriously couldn’t have made it this far in our journey without her! We’re so grateful for the team we have, and we’re very excited to continue our journey with SGF!
