Long waiting times and poor communication at this IVF clinic. Staff, including Dr. Thompson, were unresponsive. Convenient parking was a redeeming feature.

Jordan (RN) has been our guardian angel during this challenging experience. She has phenomenal communication, empathy and professionalism which helped to turn our whole fertility journey around. I feel eternally grateful to have had her on my care team! No matter how early in the morning it is, Brooke always has a smile on her face and has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Our experience at the fertility clinic was mixed, with friendly staff and good quality care, but high prices and a long waiting time made it stressful. We had a successful IVF procedure, but wish the clinic could have made the process more efficient.

I’ve been going to Shady Grove’s Philadelphia and Chesterbrook locations for ~4 months. I’m consistently impressed by their organization, attention to detail, and quick response times. The people at SGF are what have made a difference: My assigned nurse, Hannah, is wonderful and I’ve also benefited from using their call service when I had an after-hours question, Felicia in Finance went above and beyond to support us through insurance snafus, and I genuinely look forward to seeing Brooke and Alecia (even when it’s 4-5 times in a week!) I have friends who are seeking fertility treatment at other local clinics and I’m repeatedly reminded of how great Shady Grove is. I am very appreciative of Dr. Kallan and the whole staff for making a challenging process a little less stressful.
