I like Dr Buduryan She is very caring, knowledgeable and actually put her feet in our shoes to consider our situation. After every interaction with her, I get quite a hope because she explains everything in medical terms with logic. There is a nurse name Leslie , she also explains with patience and Sylvia is great 🥰

My experience at Generation Fertility West was absolutely awful, and I would strongly urge anyone considering fertility treatment—especially IVF—to think very carefully before coming here. A major red flag should have been the fact that there was no waitlist for IVF. The most significant issue throughout my time at this clinic was extremely poor communication from the nursing team. Information varied from nurse to nurse, critical details were often omitted, and I was left to piece things together myself. Infertility is already overwhelming—especially for those who have never gone through it before. You don’t know what you don’t know, and you don’t always know which questions to ask. The nurses here do not proactively provide the information needed to make informed decisions, which is deeply concerning in a medical setting like this. Wait times were horrible under Repromed and have only slightly improved since becoming Generation Fertility. That aside, my IVF experience was traumatic. I went through egg retrieval with very little explanation beforehand. No one clearly explained the procedure, the medications being administered, or the potential risks and side effects. I was heavily sedated and have zero recollection of the procedure itself. Afterward, a head nurse (Kathleen—who was not present during my procedure) told me during a phone call that I had asked for more medication because I was in pain. When I later requested my medical records, there was no documentation of this whatsoever. Even more troubling, there were notes in my records about issues that were never discussed with me at any point. I raised these concerns with the operations manager, Krishanthi, who was unable to address them and referred me to the medical director, Michael Hartman. Our meeting was incredibly disappointing. He was condescending, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of empathy. He minimized my experience during what was a very traumatic retrieval, failed to address any of my concerns, and even asked if I was recording the conversation because he said he was “in deposition.” When I explained that his role should be to help rebuild trust in the clinic, he responded, “That’s not my job, I’m not a salesperson.” This was shocking coming from the medical director of a fertility clinic. Shortly after, my medical care was terminated due to my “lack of trust” in the clinic. This felt like a clinic unwilling to acknowledge mistakes or take accountability. When concerns can’t be properly addressed, patients are simply pushed out instead. I am not the only person who has had serious issues here—I personally know several others who have had even worse experiences and are also pursuing complaints and legal action. While prices may seem reasonable and the clinic may initially appear welcoming, this is not a place that prioritizes patient well-being, transparency, or informed consent. Communication is poor, concerns are avoided, and patients are treated like part of a revolving door. Please do not waste your time, money, or emotional energy here. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

IVF clinic experience was deeply disappointing due to patient safety concerns, medical competence issues, and lack of communication. Excessive wait times, medication errors, and misidentification of the patient added to the stress. Fertility treatment des

SERIOUS WARNING — PATIENT SAFETY CONCERNS I am sharing my experience to strongly warn prospective patients. What I experienced raises serious concerns about patient safety, medical competence, and basic standards of care. During my egg retrieval procedure, I experienced extreme and unexpected pain despite being told I would receive fentanyl and should only feel mild pressure. I was conscious, screaming, and in clear distress throughout the procedure. A second dose of medication was administered because the first was ineffective, yet I still felt the procedure. This was deeply traumatic and should never occur during a procedure that requires proper sedation and pain management. I have undergone other medical procedures and tolerate pain well—this experience was not normal and not acceptable. Following this, I encountered multiple medication errors that directly interfered with my treatment. My pharmacy initially received only half of the prescribed medication. On the most critical day of my cycle—the trigger shot—the medication was sent without the required needle needed to properly draw the medication. This forced me to urgently return to the pharmacy. Although they attempted to help with a substitute, the needle provided was not long enough to draw the full dose, resulting in incomplete administration of the medication. In fertility treatment, where timing and dosage are critical, this level of negligence is alarming. Communication and patient support are severely lacking. The nursing staff relies on generic, copy-and-paste emails with no personalization or education. Patients are not adequately supported, guided, or informed. The clinic closes early, does not operate on weekends, and provides no after-hours contact number—leaving patients completely on their own during urgent or time-sensitive situations. This is dangerous and unacceptable for fertility care. In one instance, I was emailed detailed instructions for first-time injections and my next appointment on a Friday evening, only for the clinic to immediately close. There was no opportunity to ask questions, clarify instructions, or reschedule an appointment time that did not work. The clinic simply dictated when I was expected to be there and became unreachable until after the weekend—despite the appointment being scheduled for Monday morning. Wait times are excessive and consistent. Despite scheduled appointments, I routinely waited up to two additional hours. Bloodwork and ultrasounds are only offered until 11 a.m. and require patients to arrive with a full bladder. Waiting this long under those conditions is extremely uncomfortable and disruptive, especially for working patients. The clinic’s hours show little consideration for patients’ schedules or well-being. Most concerning of all, I was confused with another patient during my care. This is a serious red flag that raises concerns about record accuracy, attention to detail, and overall patient safety. At this stage, my experience has been deeply disappointing, stressful, and concerning. Fertility treatment is emotionally, physically, and financially demanding. Patients deserve competent care, clear communication, and reliable medical support. Based on my experience, this clinic failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think very carefully before proceeding.
