At this clinic in May 2014 I had two embryos placed together and I had a miscarriage at 23 weeks with two twins. In May 2015 I had two embryos placed again and I had a miscarriage again at 21 weeks. I'm 1.54, they shouldn't have given me 2 embryos, I'm too small to handle it, but they were interested in the success rate of IVF. Dr. Hidalgo attended to me. After such a tragedy that took years to heal and that I will always remember, I think the least is to tell it. At the Alcorcón hospital that had to save me both times, nurses and doctors behaved wonderfully well.

Our opinion about Reprofiv is unbeatable. We consulted several clinics that looked great and offered us to start now. After speaking for 10 minutes with Dr. Martín Hidalgo, we were clear about which clinic we would choose. They anticipate setbacks, analyze everything that can fail and have unbeatable means to counteract these risk factors and thus avoid possible failed attempts. Analyze the DNA of my partner's sperm. Thus they applied filters to remove sperm in poor condition. The next key moment was the PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis) of the embryos. Of the 6 that reached a blastocyst, only 1 was genetically viable, the rest had anomalies in different chromosomes. If this test had not been done, the only viable embryo would have been the last to be transferred, since its morphological quality was the worst... Since we only had one embryo, the doctor suggested we do a genetic study of the endometrium to see what was the best time for the implantation of the embryo. Thanks to this test, they detected that in my case it was displaced by one day. In this way we delayed the transfer for several months, but more certain that it would be the optimal day. After all this I became pregnant, the doctor was empathetic at all times, but I never felt that she was trying to give me false hope, she was very realistic with everything that was happening and tried to anticipate problems. I doubt that in any of the other clinics I visited previously I would have gotten pregnant the first time. From the first moment the budget was the most expensive, but I think it is worth investing in peace of mind and guarantees, I think it pays off in the long run, in addition to the emotional cost.
