I wanted to thank dr. Eduardo Goyri, who followed the entire process, today I have two beautiful children and both times I got pregnant at the first insemination.

From the first minute you notice the professionalism, not like in other clinics in Alcorcón where they treat you with multiple operations.
Diana is a great professional and we finally opted for them.
Do not doubt that in something so important, you do not have to only look at your pocket.

As soon as the lady at the reception entered, she was very unfriendly.
We told him that he did not have my husband’s ID at that time and he directly kicked us out, in a very bad manner… he has no tact whatsoever, and to be in front of the public he would have to change the ways he treats potential clients/patients…
We will not return.

A few months ago I trusted this clinic to start fertility treatment. They always treated us very well, explaining everything to us in a simple way and they have always respected our decisions without pressuring us in any way. Initially we paid for a complete procedure of which we only carried out the first part and they returned our money without any problem.

Our experience at IVI Alcorcón has been excellent, thanks to them we have fulfilled our dream and we have our little girl with us today. Special mention to Dr Eduardo Goyri, a great professional, close and kind, but always providing real expectations and with a lot of empathy in treatment. Also thank all the nurses and reception staff at the clinic for always treating us with such professionalism and affection, which is so important in this difficult process, as well as all the staff at the Aravaca center. I would definitely recommend this center.

Very professional staff, attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Special attention to detail and they explain everything great. I have had several processes with them and without a doubt the best choice.

I have been trying to be a mother for 1 and a half years thanks to ivi, but my deepest gratitude goes to Dr. Diana Collado. Without her nothing would have been the same. Empathy, affection, respect and love define her perfectly. After 2 abortions, I am 2 months pregnant and I only want my doctor to know my baby, because IVI where life is born makes sense thanks to doctors like her. To the entire nursing team and gynecologists, thank you for making this possible.

A terrible experience, zero stars
I do not recommend this clinic at all.

🚨I was pregnant without knowing it🚨 to have an echo there and see my options with the gynecologist at said clinic since I was having a hard time staying.

After telling him that I was quite late with my period, he gave me a super exhaustive ultrasound, according to him, and when he saw my tests (I will never forget these words) he literally told me to “take the lottery because I was going to win rather than get pregnant” with That medical rigor, that empathy and that human quality gave me the news. I started crying instantly and it was cold as ice. He told me to calm down that it was not the end of the world and that if they donated an egg to me then I could be a mother with incredible arrogance and arrogance.

They sent me directly to talk to the girl with the budgets and after giving me zero guarantees she told me what it cost, it seemed crazy to me, paying that amount of money for something that had no type of guarantee of success and that everything came out of my checking account If something went wrong, to start over. Obviously I paid for the consultation and left.

This happened on a Monday (4/17/23), on Sunday (4/23/23) I told my boyfriend that I was going to take a test because I was very swollen, I felt very nauseous and my period still didn’t come. The gynecologist told me that I was literally “almost menopausal” at 38 years old, so I took the test with zero hope. The positive came out instantly so since I didn’t believe it I did 2 more, I still didn’t believe it, based on the words of the gynecologist who treated me at this clinic, so we bought a more advanced pharmacy test and it also came out positive. The next day it didn’t take my usual gynecologist 20 seconds to find my baby inside me. I was pregnant since 3/15/23.

Today I have a healthy baby in my arms but I don’t know what would have happened to my baby if we had accepted the budget.

We thought about going to see the doctor in question when all this happened, but we decided to let it go and let me be calm. A few days ago we passed by the clinic with some friends and the moment “hit the lottery…” came to mind again so I wanted to share it with you so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
