Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia, Newport News

Needed a monitoring place as we moved to VA in the middle of our last IVF chance. I did my homework and the Newport location was convenient for my work. We scheduled labs and U/S with orders and discussion of same day results. Being a remote monitoring visitor, I anticipated that I’d be lower priority with some delay but expected no more than 24-36hrs for results. Not once, or twice, but *3x* the clinic messed up how the labs were handled. Each time, I spent over a hour the following day or two trying to get ahold of someone who could help. No one answered portal questions, voicemail, and it was almost impossible to get through on the phone. I can’t understand how a place working with IVF can be so incompetent on the little things multiple times. If you’re new to IVF, or just can’t get to another location, maybe its good enough…but for the cost and sensitivity of these procedures, I can’t recommend based on the lack of staff communication.

For the Newport News Location: My husband and I started my fertility journey with Procreate in January 2024 and I was pregnant in April 2024. I was diagnosed with PCOS in Feb 2020 and I had a history of irregular cycles. We desperately wanted to become parents so we found Procreate after being unable to conceive on our own or with ovulation medication. We did all testing offered to us in January by Procreate to get our treatment plan started. After our results came back, we decided IUI would be the best plan for us. Our first IUI round failed in March, but they got us started on round two right away and we conceived with that cycle. Kristen definitely gave us hope in between round one and round two, which helped me to remain positive. I am so thankful that Procreate helped my husband and I conceive our babygirl who’s due December 2024. I graduated to my regular OB in June 2024 and I miss the staff so much and will forever be grateful for their support during this journey. The nurses of the Newport News team were always so friendly and supportive during every visit. Kristen was extremely wonderful and supportive as well. She did round 2 of IUI, which conceived our babygirl. She also did every ultrasound from the monitoring ultrasounds to our weekly ultrasounds once we conceived. Diana is an amazing front desk staff. She always was supportive and was just as excited as us to see our baby grow on the ultrasound pictures each week. The lab tech was even supportive during our journey as well. I definitely recommend going to Procreate if you need assistance with expanding your family. I am forever thankful for Kristen for helping my husband and I achieve our dream of becoming parents. I can’t wait to bring babygirl to visit them once she’s here.

For Newport News Location: Hi my name is Arielle and my husband is Jayden! We are a young married couple who moved from FL to VA not too long ago due to the military! After 2 years of trying to conceive we decided to search for help! My OBGYN was absolutely no help, and had no ears for our situation! I brought up my concerns and they didn’t want to start searching for a diagnosis for several months, but we refused to get discouraged and wanted to seek for help! I found pro create and decided to make an appointment! We went through the full fertility testing package!! (Tricare prime covers😉 for my military families) and found I had PCOS, and a few other things that needed tweaks and turns! However we were able to get me going on medicated cycles very quickly. All appointments were quick and the process was so smooth. Our first cycle failed but the TEAM WAS MORE HOPEFUL THAN ME, as my heart was broken, they helped pick me up with hearts of understanding for another cycle and BOOM I WAS PREGNANT!!🤰🏼 after so many tears, prayers, test, trials, and “maybe next month” my husband and the team finally got it!! From Christina (who no longer worker here😔) at the front desk being so kind and welcoming. To Dr.Bocca and her incredible smile, light, and warm hearted kindness all the services were amazing. I just have to say that Dr.Stacey always brought me up when I felt sad and reminded me of hope at the end of the tunnel. She was very professional and so educated on everything. She heard my concerns and made things happen! Nurse Angela and Kate are the BEST and supported me every step of the way. Making me feel comfortable and never lonely through my journey of infertility. And Kristen who has done almost every ultrasound of our precious baby. She has the cutest smile, and she’s so nice! Her positivity lights up the room and I love how friendly she is. Dr.Perez also did one of my procedure and was very professional and considerate. I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER THE FACES of the procreate team of Newport News and how much they have helped my husband and I conceive our precious child. EXPECT MIRACLES. My heart goes out to every woman dealing with infertility or looking to build their families and need help! If you see this DO NOT hesitate to visit procreate fertility and work with the team, you’ll never regret it. They are on time with their help from appointments, to calls, to ultrasounds, and medications!! Seek help if you need it and never give up! EXPECT MIRACLES

This is for the Newport News location!!! I just started my fertility journey with Procreate September of 2023, so far so good. This process is moving along according to plan, the staff is amazing and very personable. They listen to my needs, they help soothe my fears, and more importantly their doing an excellent job explaining everything to me so that we're all on the same page. So far this has been a positive and smooth sailing experience for me. I will update again as I get further in the process.

I truly cannot overstate how amazing my experience with Procreate has been. I’ve been to multiple fertility clinics over the years trying to figure out why I had recurrent losses, Procreate immediately came up with a plan of action to start testing to find out why and after many tests we finally did. Every member of the team has made me feel supported and heard and I truly feel I would not be pregnant with our beautiful baby boy without Stacey and the team. Even though I’m my journey to pregnancy is finally over, I’m sad to have to leave them behind.
