There are not enough words to describe how incredible Dr. Rubal is. She is solely responsible for giving our family the most incredible gift, our baby girl. Throughout the entire journey, Dr. Rubal was kind, patient, understanding and took genuine interest in our situation. I’ve never seen a doctor take so much time to ensure we were getting what we were so deeply longing for. It was as if she wanted this baby too. We will forever be indebted to Dr. Rubal and are so blessed to have found her. You will not find another physician, let alone an IVF doc, that will care enough to hold your hand through what can otherwise be a very challenging and emotional journey. She went above and beyond for us. Dr. Rubal literally became family to us and I hope everyone who struggles with infertility is blessed enough to be treated by Dr. Rubal. She is our Angel on Earth.

Referrals led us to Dr. Lauren Rubal at Kaiser Permanente, naturally, the first thing I did was cross-referenced her name on Google and yelp. I wasn't too impressed with her reviews but kept my appointment anyhow - BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!!.. We had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Rubal. She is thorough, caring, genuine, thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable and personable. We felt so good about our experience with Dr. Rubal we followed her to RFC for IVF (yes, we investigated other centers and met with other doctors but still decided to stick with Dr. Rubal). The one issue I had was the wait time.. Until I realized that, at times, Dr. Rubal runs behind because she takes her time with each patient. Dr. Rubal had a wonderful way of presenting information in a clear concise manner then would present options and share her opinion as needed. We never felt rushed or unimportant she answered all our questions and made herself available for answers later if necessary. Sometimes she communicated with us through the office staff but would always call with the important stuff! I've received calls from Dr. Rubal in the evening from her personal phone as she's running from one place to another --talk about dedication! We haven't been a patient of Dr. Rubal for about 6 weeks now (since we've our pregnancy has been confirmed) yet she still checks in on us! I highly recommend Dr. Rubal if you want a doctor that is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, respectable and approachable.It's been the greatest experience getting pregnant with Dr. Rubal (haha) Thank you Dr. Rubal!

Writing a review for Dr. Rubal is like writing a review for a close, trusted friend. We began our infertility journey close to 5 years ago, and she’s been with us every step of the way. Through multiple rounds of IUI, and 4 rounds of IVF (2 of which we’re successful), Dr. Rubal has been the rock and the expert we needed. Her positivity helped us remain optimistic over the years, yet she never failed to be honest with news that was difficult to hear. She held our hand- both literally and figuratively, as we went through the ups and downs of trying to conceive. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and yet so friendly. My husband and I came to view her more as a family member through the whole process rather than just our doctor. She is the reason we have 2 healthy, amazing daughters, and we were devastated to have to leave her when our pregnancies progressed far enough along to go to a normal OBGYN. I cannot speak highly enough of her, and it’s almost worth around round of treatment just so we can see her again. :)

Dr. Rubal is the best of the best her field. We first met her after our insurance changed and were starting the fertility journey again to try to have a second baby. From the first visit, she was warm, friendly and compassionate. She took her time to explain everything and answer all our questions. She was honest and realistic about our options and what may work and what may not work. Even when she had to deliver difficult news to us about a treatment not working or having to delay a cycle, she always remained positive and made me feel better about a difficult situation. I’m in the medical field and I feel like I have very high expectations when is comes to physicians and I promise you, you will not regret making an appointment with Dr. Rubal. I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Rubal. She has it all, an excellent bedside manner and the brains. When I had questions, she had the answers with facts and info regarding studies on why she chose a certain medication which again being in the medical field really appreciated. AMAZING!!
