Concerns, concerns and questions were taken seriously and comprehensive information was provided. In our opinion, the team did a very good job, including behind the scenes in the laboratory! We underwent artificial insemination at this clinic and are very satisfied. The team was professional, sensitive and easy to reach at any time. The care was excellent and the treatment had the desired result – our baby was born healthy. We thank the clinic and are happy to recommend it.

Unfortunately, I cannot report well on the visits to the practice. My problems were not taken seriously and it was made very clear that they did not want to treat me. Telephone appointments were not taken seriously by the doctor or either there was no call or the call came at a different time than scheduled. Unfortunately, I can't give you any reliability in practice and can only give 2 stars due to the circumstances because the interaction was at least friendly, albeit dismissive.

We were very satisfied and are overjoyed that it worked right the first time. We wanted to do IVF in the natural cycle, unfortunately my egg had already cracked on the day of the puncture, which happened. They made the best of it and then did an IUI and that was actually enough and I became pregnant. After 2 years. We would always go back to the practice. 🥰
