Never again! BIGGEST JUICE STORE I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years of work!

Came to the practice as self-payers and paid around €5,500. When we had questions about accounting in an emotionally difficult situation, we were insulted by the front office as supposed tax cheats and received no offers of support.

At some point we had contact with accounting. The employee initially didn’t feel responsible and then gave us incorrect advice.

After five weeks of calling and writing emails, one of the doctors asked BOTH of us to come and see us in person. Everything goes exactly as we initially suggested.
Unfortunately, he was unable to communicate this by telephone or in an online meeting. Each of us had to skip two meetings and work late into the night.

Conclusion: The bills come really quickly, but bet you want anything. Then you are treated like a supplicant. Worse than any authority.

We can recommend this clinic with full conviction! You meet a team that is always in a good mood and knows how to accompany you competently and sensitively on the rollercoaster ride of the desire to have children. Many thanks for this, especially to Mr. Meng for his successful treatment, where we always had the feeling that we were in good hands!

Here we were helped with our desire to have children. We were with Dr. Thiemann in treatment. Dr. Thiemann is a really great doctor and you can literally tell that he enjoys his work. You can always see him in a good mood and positive; that’s contagious!

We felt taken seriously and in good hands right from the start.
At the start of our treatment, the desire to have children had not been there for very long
(Approx. 3/4 years old), we were quite young (27 & 30 years old) and yet we were helped straight away. A very thorough anamnesis was carried out with some preliminary examinations so that nothing was overlooked. Once all eventualities were ruled out, the actual treatment began. The positive result came in the third cycle of hormone treatment. That was the beginning of 2024. We have now been able to live with our little miracle for exactly 4 weeks and are enjoying every second! 🥰

But we don’t want to forget the rest of the team. Everyone in this team is simply great and does their job with love…

We were with Dr. from September 2022 to January 2024. Horn under treatment. From the very beginning we felt that we were in very good hands, both professionally and personally. Ms. Dr. Horn is a very experienced doctor who, despite her years of experience, is extremely committed. We always had the impression that she was fighting with us for our wish. Although we had to overcome some hurdles during the treatment, she always had a solution up her sleeve. Since we have to travel a long way, she made many examinations possible spontaneously when we were there anyway. This is not a given, but it made it easier to combine treatment with work.
I would particularly like to praise the entire practice team. All employees, whether in the laboratory, at reception or in the operating room, were friendly, helpful and courteous. The practice can be easily reached by phone and email. When I asked questions, I always received a response on the same day. There were hardly any waiting times. Normally my appointments always took place as agreed, which other doctor has that?
We thank Dr. Horn and the whole team for the good treatment and we are looking forward to becoming parents this year. I give the 5 star rating with complete conviction and can recommend the practice to all couples with an unfulfilled desire to have children.

Our path was not easy nor short. We obtained a second opinion here at the Altona Fertility Clinic after the first ICSI attempt at another clinic was unsuccessful.

We gave Prof. Kupka the full package of low sperm count and a very low AMH value as a task. As a couple, we are no longer the youngest (40 and 45). Accordingly, it wasn’t child’s play for the experienced doctor and it was only his third attempt that led to the success he had hoped for and desired.
Prof. Kupka is characterized by many years of experience and in-depth knowledge. You have to deal with his direct and clear manner, but ultimately you are in truly professional hands with him. The development of the treatment plan adapted after each attempt and he ultimately found the right combination for us.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the treatment, the time and the opportunities that Prof. Kupka gave us despite initial doubts. We would also like to thank the entire team who provided us with all-round support. The institution is pleasant and you feel comfortable in all aspects.

We had artificial insemination carried out last year and were very lucky that it worked the first time! We have now been the proud parents of a healthy daughter for 8 months. The whole team at the clinic is just great. The girls at the front desk were always super friendly and helpful. The doctors we dealt with were all very friendly, sensitive and competent. This whole topic is very difficult and can be exhausting. But we always felt that we were in very good hands and can only recommend that anyone with this issue go to this clinic.

I can really recommend the fertility center. Ms. Horn looked after me and my husband wonderfully and I felt very comfortable in the practice. We were treated individually and always found a way for further treatment. We are very happy that it had a happy ending for us.

In a word: great! Such a facility is only visited once you have completed a certain journey. This is completely different than a normal doctor’s office. Everyone is incredibly warm, very patient (even after months of paperwork with the insurance companies) and are excited from the bottom of their hearts! You feel like you’re in good hands in so many ways… that doesn’t just apply to the doctors, but to the entire team! I’m really grateful for all the help and support. Every email and query is answered quickly and every question, no matter how absurd, is answered with great friendliness.

We went to the Altonaer Straße fertility clinic for the first time at the beginning of 2022 and immediately felt cared for and seen. The entire team was always friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. The practice has a modern design and is characterized by professionalism, competence and transparency.

We were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Kupka looked after us and we felt like we were in good hands at all times. After two unsuccessful ICISs, we discussed together which adjustments could be improved/adjusted to achieve the desired result and after the 4th attempt it finally worked and we can welcome our little miracle at the beginning of next year.

I give this clinic 5 Stars and would give them 10/10 if I could. Me and my partner are living abroad, but wanted to undergo the fertility treatment in my hometown Hamburg. After searching for the right clinic, this one was the most responsive from the start. Our first meeting was via Zoom ( they make this possible and speak very good english ) all documents were scanned and send via Email. Once in Germany we could immediately start with the treatment. I am also a doctor and I immediately felt the high level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise from the treating physician Dr.Doll, to the nurses and fertility Lab staff. Everyone is on their top level to serve their clients and they navigated us through this rollercoaster journey with a big, warm heart and supportive vibes. It took us 4 ICSI attempts and now I’m happily pregnant and we thank this amazing team for this miracle and the support on our journey to parenthood. Love Anna & Vic
