first attempt from our previous clinic was waste of money and time for 6mos. and really not competent. But now our 2nd attempt of icsi with the help of dr. Ruhland and the team was successful and we are very satisfied of the service and care.

Dr. Ruhland is very professional, straight forward and very friendly and always have a possitive vibes. she really take her time to study your case, well prepared and make sure everything is being check before proceeding to the next step.we never doubted her . We also want to compliment the whole Team of this clinic from the nurses to the medical technician, laboratories and other doctors (who handled us during the transition when dr. Ruhland was shortly away for vacation) and special thank you too to dr. Andreas Thiemann who is very professional and show sympathy specially when im so nervous during the Transfer day. he brings a lot of luck 🙏.

We had our first consultation at the Kinderwunschzentrum Altonaer Strasse clinic in Summer 2024, and by November 2024, we received the wonderful news that our first attempt was successful. Prof. Dr. med. Markus Kupka was responsible for our treatment.
The entire team, along with Professor Kupka and his colleagues, was incredibly professional and always available to answer our questions, whether in person or via email. I am now at the 20th week of pregnancy, which would not have been possible without the expertise and support of the entire clinic and its dedicated staff.
We highly recommend them.

We felt very comfortable in the fertility center, the reception team always greeted us with a smile and an open ear, and the practice itself is very well organized! We were with Dr. Ruhland in treatment, who impressed us from day 1 with her calm, friendly and always well-prepared/professional way of working. We never had the feeling that we were asking the wrong questions or too many questions, but were always provided with exactly the right information, even after we had actually already completed our treatment. 🙂

As a same-sex couple, it wasn’t easy for us to find the right fertility clinic. After we had already contacted another clinic and had rather negative experiences here, we tried our luck at the Altonaer Straße Fertility Center. And what luck that was! We felt wonderfully looked after and advised at all times. The entire practice team is great! Always friendly, always competent. Our medical care was provided by Dr. Doll and we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Calm, calm, patient and always professional. So all of our worries were quickly taken away and no question was left unanswered (and we had many…) After 5 attempts, I’m actually pregnant and we couldn’t be happier.

Never again! BIGGEST JUICE STORE I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years of work!

Came to the practice as self-payers and paid around €5,500. When we had questions about accounting in an emotionally difficult situation, we were insulted by the front office as supposed tax cheats and received no offers of support.

At some point we had contact with accounting. The employee initially didn’t feel responsible and then gave us incorrect advice.

After five weeks of calling and writing emails, one of the doctors asked BOTH of us to come and see us in person. Everything goes exactly as we initially suggested.
Unfortunately, he was unable to communicate this by telephone or in an online meeting. Each of us had to skip two meetings and work late into the night.

Conclusion: The bills come really quickly, but bet you want anything. Then you are treated like a supplicant. Worse than any authority.

We can recommend this clinic with full conviction! You meet a team that is always in a good mood and knows how to accompany you competently and sensitively on the rollercoaster ride of the desire to have children. Many thanks for this, especially to Mr. Meng for his successful treatment, where we always had the feeling that we were in good hands!

Here we were helped with our desire to have children. We were with Dr. Thiemann in treatment. Dr. Thiemann is a really great doctor and you can literally tell that he enjoys his work. You can always see him in a good mood and positive; that’s contagious!

We felt taken seriously and in good hands right from the start.
At the start of our treatment, the desire to have children had not been there for very long
(Approx. 3/4 years old), we were quite young (27 & 30 years old) and yet we were helped straight away. A very thorough anamnesis was carried out with some preliminary examinations so that nothing was overlooked. Once all eventualities were ruled out, the actual treatment began. The positive result came in the third cycle of hormone treatment. That was the beginning of 2024. We have now been able to live with our little miracle for exactly 4 weeks and are enjoying every second! 🥰

But we don’t want to forget the rest of the team. Everyone in this team is simply great and does their job with love…
