Pollin – Fertility Clinic Toronto – Reviews and Prices

Around this time last year I’ve been a patient at Pollin Fertility trying to get pregnant. Dr. Kim Garbedian and all the team supporting us on that way helped make it happen and now we’re having a sweet baby boy. Huge thanks goes to Dr. Bergman for amazing care during our acupuncture sessions which I believe made a very high impact on the result. Cannot recommend Pollin clinic more to everyone who is struggling on their journeys!

Pollin truly puts patients first. My experience was seamless – from my first consult with Dr Taerk to completing tests and then the follow up. Their modern approach and use of technology (like the patient app) make a real difference. I highly recommend Pollin to anyone looking for expert fertility care in a welcoming and professional environment.

I have dealt with a few clinics. I was very disappointed with this situation. Communication was an issue. I felt like I was always waiting for the next answer to my various questions.

I had a great experience with Pollin and Dr Taerk. The clinic is beautiful and a lot of thought has been put into patient comfort. Whenever I had questions I was able to get responses pretty quickly through email or phone, I usually got responses the same day or next day. I always felt that staff were happy to answer my questions and didn’t get that feeling you get at a lot of Dr’s offices where they are trying to rush you out to get to the next person. Booking appointments was quick and easy on the app and I appreciate having quick access to my blood results. For the most part my appointments were on time with little waiting around, but Mondays and Friday are very busy and sometimes the wait could get a little frustrating- I did notice this starting to get better the longer I was with the clinic so they were definitely trying to fix it. I have to agree with some of the other reviews that the blood draws could be pretty rough sometimes, multiple times I was poked in both arms trying to find a vein. No place is perfect, but I felt very taken care of at Pollin, I absolutely plan to go back when I am trying for my second baby.

No infertility journey is easy. It takes a lot of mental, physical and emotional fortitude to get through it all, but having the people at Pollin supporting me along the way has made it easier. I can honestly say that every person on the staff genuinely cares so much about all of their patients. They have been my cheerleaders every step of the way. The doctors at Pollin are in a class of their own. Smart, kind and determined. While the facilities, technology and amenities are excellent, the people make this place so incredibly worthwhile. For anyone considering Pollin, I definitely recommend reaching out and booking a consultation.

I highly recommend this fantastic clinic! It is spotlessly hygienic! Everyone’s warm, sunny smiles make me feel so welcomed and they are all highly responsible in their work and take the time to explain everything clearly which makes me feel completely at ease.
