I had two warm and informative meetings with Dr Brayboy. In the end we conceived on our own but we were intending to move forward with Ovom Care had it been necessary.

From their info online, we thought we had finally found a clinic that cares about their patients and were eager for our initial consultation with Dr Brayboy. Both my husband and I took time off our busy days, only to be stood up. Called the clinic to ask whether she’d be joining and they had no idea. Never showed up and we did not hear back at all

Where do I start!!! Why can’t I give 10 Stars! Last year around this time I was diagnosed with triple negative cancer. Everything happened like a world wind. I had to immediately make appointments to freeze my eggs. So, the NHS what can we say about our crumbling NHS and the discrimination we face with our BMI’s. Too high for fertility but ok for bariatric surgery. The list goes on an on. So, this left me searching drastically for a trustworthy fertility clinic that would not charge us through the roof, although it’s all expensive, but someone we could trust. A clinic that would at least remember that we are humans first and foremost. I think it was around 1 in the morning when I came across Ovom. I remember sending that message to arrange a 30 minute consultation thinking that this was all dodgy and that in the morning, we will find out that it’s all a scam. The next morning came and I logged onto our chat and no one was there, I immediately thought it was a scam 😂. I, very soon after got a call from Dr Lynae Brayboy and we spoke and planned another call with my partner. I wish there were more people like her in London and the entire team of Ovom. When we worked with them initially, they didn’t have their clinic here yet and they worked from another clinic in Harley street. That sometimes caused confusion, but Dr Lynae always kept in touch and contacted us multiple times in the day. She was there when they transferred eggs and when I woke up. I would recommend Ovom to anyone and everyone. The support and service you receive is top tier. Professionalism, transparency, knowledge broken down into clear and honest dialogue. Thanks to Dr Lynae Brayboy and the entire Ovom Team.
