This place is deceptive. First off, they hardly accept any insurances. If they really care for family, then they would have more insurance acceptances. We signed a global package, telling us and showing us what all was included, which is a little help, but still expensive. We proceeded, only to have more bills show up in the mail with no informing that they were doing something behind our back charging us more money. Nor ever telling us we would receive more bills outside this global package price we paid .

We had a great experience at New Life! Everyone was great, from the front desk to the nurse practitioners and ultrasound tech technicians, to Dr Ripps. I was a patient who had tons of questions and concerns, and wanted to know more information, so I called all the time and left voicemails (keeping in mind their business hours). My phone calls were always returned the same day. For the most part, every appointment that I had, I was in and out within 30 minutes (except for procedure days). None of my treatments cycles were the same. They were customized based on how I was responding to treatment. My baby is now a few months old and we plan on returning in the future.

I was a patient of this clinic, I am currently pregnant and NO they did not help. They really don't help you with what might be the cause of your infertility they really, after using your insurance for all of its coverage (tricare) they will just go with IVF even if it's nothing wrong with you. Not even insemination which even google tells you is the next step, they go straight to a very expensive and invasive procedure: IVF which is not covered for Tricare users but they make more money, obviously! My 2 cents, try mental health first (I got pregnant after just 30 days of starting my treatment) VS the amount of test and procedures that left me with bunch of other underlying issues; I won't even gonna get into details on both times they did this very painful procedure without any kind of anesthetic and it was horrendously painful, and they just offered a tylenol. DON'T GO THEY'RE TERRIBLE!

I left the clinic over a month ago and still can’t get them to send my records to another clinic. I’ve also been battling trying to get my 4K credit that’s on file. Office has NO communication. They have now contracted out to a third party to answer phones and they have no idea what to do or how to do it. I’m so glad I left but I sure would appreciate my medical records and my money.
