Poor service, bad medical ethics, and poor communication affected IVF experience, leading to negative outcome.

A terrible experience, from the doctor who owns the clinic to the receptionist. It's clear that when there's no skill involved, the service is poor. My wife was about to have a procedure, already sedated, in the operating room, and they changed the doctor without warning or anything. It was like playing Russian roulette with the doctors. To top it all off, instead of helping or offering solutions, they treated us badly. Be very careful; we must not normalize bad practices.

During the process and while you make payments, the follow-up is adequate, but once you are informed that the procedure was not successful (in my case, because the embryos did not mature), the situation changes. When seeking advice to understand why it did not work, the only person who responds is the person who markets the service, whose only recommendation is to try again. I did not receive a clear explanation or a detailed analysis of what happened, which generates mistrust and leaves many doubts unresolved. I do not recommend it."
