Nach 13 langen Monaten mit mehreren frühen Fehlgeburten sind wir inzwischen durch unsere eigene, intensive Ernährungs- und Supplement-Behandlung (u. a. Selen, Zink, NAC, L-Carnitin, Omega-3, Vitamin D), zusätzlich Sport, Schlaf- und Ernährungsoptimierung schwanger geworden. Leider kam der Durchbruch aus unserer Eigeninitiative und nicht aus der Betreuung im Center. Unsere Erfahrung (subjektiv) Wir möchten betonen, dass dies unsere persönliche Erfahrung ist und sich andere Paare anders erleben können: Männliche Diagnostik & Betreuung: - Trotz bekannter Einschränkungen der Spermienqualität fühlte sich mein Partner nicht ausreichend untersucht; es wurden nach unserer Wahrnehmung kaum Versuche unternommen, Ursachen zu finden oder die Spermienqualität aktiv zu verbessern. - Unser erster Termin war ein Vorgespräch beim Andrologen, in dem nicht ausreichend auf die Einschränkungen und die Vorgeschichte eingegangen wurde. - Zwei E-Mails (01.07. und 30.07.) blieben unbeantwortet. - Die Kommunikation wirkte widersprüchlich: Dr. Löbbecke empfahl eine IUI, Dr. Lindig bezeichnete sie als unnötig. Das verunsicherte uns. - Insgesamt fühlten wir uns psychisch belastet und im Fertility Center Hamburg nicht ausreichend unterstützt. Allgemeine Kritikpunkte: - Viele Basisinformationen zu Spermienschutz und Lebensstil mussten wir uns selbst im Internet zusammensuchen, da wir hierzu wenig Input bekamen. - Bei mehreren Spermiogrammen (mehrfach erhöhter pH-Wert) gab es keine erklärenden Hinweise oder konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge. - Auf meine Anfrage für eine Prostatauntersuchung meines Partners verabredeten sie einen Termin mit mir statt mit ihm. - Die Klinik war wenig flexibel gegenüber einem natürlichen Zyklus: es wurde stark auf Auslösen mit Spritzen/Tabletten gesetzt, obwohl mein Zyklus gut funktionierte. Letztlich reichte bei uns die Messung des LH-Wertes, statt viele Medikamente einzusetzen. - Es wurde früh vorgeschlagen, mir Clomifen zu geben, die Gebärmutter vertiefter zu untersuchen (auch mit Kamera) und die Eileiter zu spülen, obwohl die Hauptdiagnose beim Mann lag. - Rechnungen wurden trotz unserer Bitte zu Beginn, auf meinen Namen statt auf meinen Partner ausgestellt. - Kritikpunkte, die wir angesprochen haben, wurden nach unserem Eindruck nicht aufgegriffen. Positives: - Die technischen Geräte erschienen modern und gut gepflegt. - Ultraschalluntersuchungen bei Frau Dr. Lindig waren schmerzfrei. - Das Empfangspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Wartezeiten waren bei Terminen in Ordnung. - Die Ärztin hatte mit ihrer Einschätzung recht, dass eine IUI in unserer Situation wenig hilfreich wäre. - Es wurde zu Beginn eine ausführliche Blutuntersuchung durchgeführt. - Auf unseren Wunsch konnte relativ kostengünstig eine DFI-Untersuchung durchgeführt werden. Für uns führte der Weg zur Schwangerschaft letztlich über eigene Initiative, Lebensstiloptimierung und zusätzliche Wege. Das Fertility Center Hamburg hat einige positive Punkte.. moderne Ausstattung, freundliches Personal und bestimmte klinische Einschätzungen.. aber für unsere Situation war die Betreuung nicht ausreichend individuell, besonders was die Diagnostik und Unterstützung beim Partner betraf. Die Klinik scheint eher für Patientinnen/Patienten geeignet zu sein, die offen sind für hormonelle Therapien oder standardisierte, medikamentöse Behandlungswege. Wir können sie aus unserer Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen, möchten aber anerkennen, dass viele andere Paare dort wohl gute Hilfe finden.

Dr. Fischer ist unglaublich! Wir hatten zwar unseren Kinderwunsch noch nicht aufgegeben, aber nach 7 gescheiterten ICSIs und 3 Kryo. waren wir sehr verzweifelt. Der Wechsel ins FCH hat sich gelohnt, beim ersten Transfer hat es auch direkt geklappt. Wir sind glücklich mit Baby entlassen worden. Dr. Fischer nimmt sich Zeit und er kennt beim ersten Gespräch die ganze Akte! Das hat uns sehr beeindruckt. In der anderen Kinderwunsch Klinik habe ich Medikamente und Methoden vorgeschlagen, die ich bei anderen Paaren gesehen habe oder was halt so in den Medien stand. Dr. Fischer hat von Anfang an einen Plan gehabt, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Praxis, ein großes Lob, alles ist gut organisiert und alle waren immer freundlich! Danke an das ganze Team und an Dr. Fischer! Sie haben uns den größten Traum erfüllt! Nachtrag: Schwangerschaft verlief gut und unsere kleine Maus kam im August 2023 zur Welt. ☺️
