  • warning Communication delays

Phone calls often go to voicemail, and callbacks can take several days. Patients report difficulty reaching nurses directly, leading to missed medication instructions and added stress.

  • warning Administrative disorganization

Long wait times for referrals, lost test results, and confusing storage paperwork are common complaints. Scheduling errors sometimes cause missed cycles or unnecessary delays.

  • warning Limited personalized treatment

Several patients feel the clinic relies on standard IVF protocols, pressures them toward IVF without exploring alternative causes, and offers few individualized adjustments despite complex medical histories.

  • warning Cost and pharmacy issues

High medication expenses, slow pharmacy fulfillment, and occasional unfriendly interactions with pharmacy staff add financial and logistical burdens to the treatment process.

Came here for my fertility bloodwork and the Asian male phlebotomist did not sanitize my arm before using the needle to draw my blood. In addition, I felt really uncomfortable during our interaction. He should be retrained on professional conduct especially as a male healthcare provider interacting with female patients.

Inconsiderate. Lacking empathy. Horrible communication. Disgraceful misuse of tax payers money. The fast food of health “care”. A deplorable and emotionally painful experience. Staff cares so little about patients that it is hard to believe that they themselves are human beings. The clinic’s approach is a miss. Their staff culture is toxic. That professional women in health care professions are okay with treating other women with such disregard is a disgrace. Shocked and bewildered that this is the state of women’s health care in Canada.

I had a very good experience with the staff and facility. It was a long distance from my home, but it was well worth the 2-hour commute to get their kind, empathetic and expert care. Dr. Pereira was my doctor and he is exceptional. He is extremely intelligent, knows how to tackle even the most challenging cases, and he’s got excellent bedside manner with a fun personality. I can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Nigel Pereira is very kind and caring. He listens well and explains things in a simple way. He made me feel comfortable and safe. The nurses are friendly and helpful. The office staff are polite and organized. The lab technicians are gentle and professional. Everyone works well together. I had a very good experience and highly recommend Dr. Nigel Pereira and his whole team.

Patient experienced poor medical care, uninterested doctors, and a medical error during IVF treatment, leading to two failed rounds and a wasted opportunity due to terminal cancer diagnosis.

The nurses and all the staff except the doctors are lovely. Every time I talked to an actual doctor though I felt like they gave zero craps at all. Dr pereira was so beyond innappropriate with me but no one would even listen to my complaint. My first round failed because they messed up my meds with my cancer treatment. Second one I guess it was too late. No empathy for it though. My main dr was so disinterested in my case that even though I have terminal stage 4 breast cancer she tried to tell me to “come back after cancer treatment” despite me explaining there never will be an after. The reaction I got was like this was news to her. Did she even read my chart? Seems like maybe not and now my last chance is wasted.
