Avoid - really poor collection availability, unclear instructions which frequently contradicted each other. We thought an ‘at home’ kit would be less stress, we were wrong. When we got the results they didn’t even have units of measurement on them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

Poor Communication unclear returns policy

My partner and I were concerned about our fertility - and we ordered a test kit from mojo . The results came back and they were shocking - we were devasted - however we booked into an actual clinic in the same week and the clinic result came back COMPLETELY different ( way better ) . Not only do we believe this test kit to be VERY inaccurate it also caused a lot of stress and worry. I cannot tell you how worlds apart the results were. Please do not use this at home kit , spend maybe 100 more and go to have this done at an actual clinic. SHOCKING.

Would strongly advise people not to use this service. I paid a lot of money for a home testing kit through superdrug. Organising a date where the sample could be sent off was difficult as there were only very few dates per month available. After I did send the sample off (royal mail special delivery), it was apparently almost 24hrs until the sample was analysed. When I received the results, they suggested my fertility was very very poor. The results were also sent in a kind of picture format where the writing was small and hard to read with no function to zoom in. Taking a screenshot and zooming in on that made the text even harder to read!! Now disheartened and feeling anxious about my fertility, I went to my GP. I did a FREE NHS test where my semen was analysed within an hour. The results showed that my fertility is above average. The only downside of the NHS is that you won't receive results quickly. In conclusion, if you're considering spending a load of money to get quick results, go to a clinic where you hand them your sample in person and its anlysed straight away!
