Dr Suraya made me feel really comfortable and took the time to tell me what she saw on my scans. I had a really good experience with her. Only thing missing is having a vein finder for the earlier part of my appointment to take bloods from other people at the clinic. Several attempts to take my bloods :(

As a female same sex couple we were unsure as to what options were available to us, how IVF / IUI worked, the process or the cost at first so we attended an open day at London Bridge - very informative and reassuring - with a discount applied for attending the open day we booked in for our fertility tests.

From our very first tests and consultations at London Women’s Clinic, every single member of the team treated us with such genuine care, warmth, and professionalism. They managed to be incredibly personal while always remaining reassuringly expert — a balance that made all the difference throughout our journey.

They supported us through delivering unwanted and unexpected news with compassion, made space for silly jokes when nerves took over before egg retrieval, and even joined us in punching the air with joy at our positive scan 6.5 weeks post–embryo transfer — all after our very first attempt.

We have just had our 20-week NHS scan and are expecting a happy, healthy baby due in June 2026. We truly cannot thank the London Women’s Clinic team enough. Every person who played a part in our care helped us get here, and we will forever be grateful. We owe this journey — and our growing family — to you.

We started our IVF process with LWC around a year ago. It felt very daunting and a long road ahead, and the entire team were so supportive and explained everything so clearly. When we were undergoing the egg retreival and transfer, the team were so kind and we felt really looked after. We have now welcomed our little girl and after years of trying, we wouldn't have gotten here without the support and guidance given by LWC. Thank you all!

I undertook Kind IVF, which even though is nurse led as opposed to consultant led, the care, professionalism and knowledge is there. The nurses consult with consultants during your protocol, so the difference really is you see the nurses instead. The medication doses are less and less medication, but this doesn't mean it will be less effective, it is an option worth exploring, as the cost is less and can open the door when more traditional ivf is out of reach. I am currently pregnant having gone through the kind ivf protocol one time.
