The reviewer had an 'outstanding' experience with friendly and professional staff. They appreciated the team's efficiency and caring nature. However, they mentioned long waiting times.

Very sleak and professional, with great care. The huge tagline of 'family makers' in reception didn't make me feel great i.e. you're not a family if you can't have a child. Maybe that statement should have been left in the 80s.

I had my daughter in 2021 and am happily expecting again. I had help from London Women's Clinic Bristol and Cardiff. It has been a long journey to build my family and the team have been fantastic; with me through every step. Some steps were mine to take and some were a team effort but the team were always there for me as I navigated the journey. It wasn't easy and I had some losses but I am now where I'd like to be to move on with the next stage in my life. I think I had my first appointment about 5 years ago. The reception team are kind and responsive. Quick as well when needed. The consultants were amazing really insightful and yet easy to talk with to help me make decisions. I had most contact with Dr Kailasam and am so very happy and grateful. The nursing team were skilled and kind. Giving me everything I needed to know. The lab team were really informative and easy to approach. Everyone was kind and on point with their roles. I cannot fault anyone. Thank you so very much from my heart. You will be a part of my family's story forever.

The reviewer had a good experience with IVF treatments at the clinic. They found the staff to be friendly and the environment to be clean. The treatment was successful resulting in a pregnancy.

Very highly recommend! We had visited other clinics prior to starting our ivf journey (including a clinic that's just 2 miles from our home) but London womens clinic bristol was by far our favourite choice despite the travel. Reception staff are always cheerful and friendly and I've enjoyed our morning chats. Doctor has always been straight, honest and informative. Nurses made the entire journey bearable even at the lowest points. A special mention to Ana who is an absolute gem! I'm sure I would have quit a long time ago if it wasn't for her. We are over the moon to leave the clinic with our positive outcome but at the same time, a little sad that we don't get to see the team anymore. Overall our experience with the clinic has been positive and I couldn't fault any part of the process.

"Great Reception, But My Scan Experience Left Much to Be Desired"

Went here for private scans, the welcome from the reception team was brilliant and very informative and friendly. When I went for the internal scan no information was provided about what was required as never had one before I had to ask questions like how do you want me to sit, not informed what to expect how it might feel and at the end no hygiene products like tissue was provide to help clean up after which just made the whole experience more uncomfortable then it should be. When going back to get the results we were told we would get a full report via email we had to chase for several days and the email we had basically said they would recommend more private paid test and informed us of the charges. I was informed the doctor was still working on the report and I would receive this via email, that was over 3 months ago and still no report have now decided to more forward with a different IVF provider. The two stars were for the excellent service the receptionist provided on both visits.
