We cannot recommend Mrs Gordon and her team enough. From start to finish they have been professional, friendly and so caring. It was a difficult situation to be in admitting that you have fertility issues but we are so glad that we were lucky enough to choose the private route after experiencing long NHS waiting lists. We have our beautiful baby boy, who is now 2 who is happy & thriving in life and we have now just been successful using one of our frozen eggs, in adding to our family. Thank you all so so much, without you we would not have our happy family, making our lives complete xx

Like many requiring the use of the clinical services provided by Mrs Gordon, Lisa and support from Nicola and the rest of the team, I did not have the most straight forward fertility journey.

As a single female, I found the whole team to be so supportive, knowledgeable, reassuring but also straight talking, making sure I was fully informed and in control throughout.

My treatment was customised fully to me, my wishes and medical history.

I am delighted to say that thanks to the care of this amazing team, I am writing this review whilst looking at my one week old, healthy baby boy.

I will be forever grateful to this amazing team.

I am writing this review now my baby son is one month old. I send my heartfelt thanks to Mrs Gordon and the team (including Lisa, Dr Serena, Patricia and Nicola) for their support, guidance and treatment.
Throughout my journey with the clinic, Mrs Gordon was always very caring and I felt she had my best interests at heart. She explained things in a way I could understand and was clear about costs and the chances of different options working.

Firstly I would like to thank Uma Gordon, Lisa Jeffery and the whole team at BCRM! You ALL had a massive impact on our very difficult and emotional journey.

My wife and I are not young 😄, we had been trying IVF for many years and had no success. This was our last attempt at the emotional IVF process, and Una Gordon and team came very highly recommended from a friend of ours who was also under Uma’s care.

From the offset we knew our age was a concerning factor with only an 18% maximum chance of having a positive outcome, therefore from the very beginning our expectations were managed by Uma. There were difficult conversations, emotional ups and downs throughout the journey – however Uma and her team explained and gave us all the information we needed in each step to keep us so well informed.

There were lots of tests and waiting for results and consultations for us, lots of questions about our health and the medications we were on. But it was all worth it – after following all the advice given us we are now expecting our first child 😄!!!!

We cannot begin to thank Uma and her team for all they have done for us – I truly believe another clinic would not have seen the process to the end, they would have stopped the process at egg collection and transfer. Uma and her team however did continue – even though there was a very very small chance of becoming pregnant. Uma explained the chances were slim but still we all decided to go ahead with the procedure. I believe many clinics at this point would have ceased the journey as all the odds were against us.

We are so glad we had the choice to continue, after what seemed a very long wait, we are now coming to terms with becoming new parents!!!

For anyone else thinking of going ahead with Uma and her team at BCRM, I can whole heartedly recommend their excellent care.

We would like to say how amazing our experience was with Bristol Fertility Clinic. Mrs Gordon was such a caring consultant and did everything she could to make this happen for us. Nothing was too much and i genuinely felt her support. Her team are incredible ( Especially Lisa Jeffery ) and
I would recommend anyone trying for a baby to use Mrs Gordan and her team. Our little Holly was born 3 days ago and is thriving. She was our 2nd attempt at IVF and 1st frozen embryo. Thank you Bristol Fertily clinic for your help in making our dreams come true.

I’m a single female and I used Bristol Fertility Clinic to get a Fertility MOT to better understand my body and help me make some decisions. I was able to get booked in quickly for the tests and the nurses who did the tests were great and helped answer any questions I had.

However, when it came to the consultation to share my results I did not feel the same level of care was there. I was disappointed with the lack of empathy, the lack of information and how the appointment felt like they were just rushing the conversation to another follow-up (more money for them). My follow-up email also included information about ‘agreed lifestyle changes’ which were not discussed or relevant to me. After sharing my experience with others, it seems people who went with Hertility have received a better experience than me.

I’m so happy for all the people who have had positive experiences with this clinic but I will not be continuing my fertility journey with them.

Following my email and Google feedback, Dr Gordon phoned me directly and arranged another session with her to go through my results. This session gave me all the information I needed to know to make some next decisions. I was really grateful to Dr Gordon for taking the time to understand my feedback and ensure I had all the relevant information. Dr Gordon obviously takes her patients, their care and feedback very seriously.

Mrs Gordon & the whole team were amazing throughout our journey.

After previously working with another clinic & beginning to lose hope we came across Bristol Fertility Clinic. We only wish we’d found them sooner.

The care we received was outstanding. Communications were consistent throughout & all stress was kept to a minimum.

We are now 14 weeks pregnant after our first transfer with this clinic. It has been such a smooth journey for us this time round. We honestly can’t thank you all enough.

Dr. Uma Gordon is an amazing consultant and empathetic, too, but that’s as far as I got. There was no follow-up except, of course, when it’s time for invoice. I send emails without any response, I feel so alone on my journey, and I am beginning to rethink my choice with them. Just thought to share.
