They were nice and worked well,
But the only thing that bothered me was that I had agreed with them to transfer two fertilized eggs. Three ended up being successfully fertilized, but they discarded one. Two days later, one of the remaining two stopped developing, so only one fertilized egg was left. I really wish they had waited before discarding the third one, or at least asked me first. But I thank God that the remaining fertilized egg continued to grow inside me.

The clinic at Potsdamer Platz is very competent and up to date. Dr. Mutz accompanied us through this difficult time and took a lot of time with each appointment. We felt very well advised and supported!

Don’t go to this clinic!!! Don’t waste your time and mental/emotional health trusting the doctors at this clinic. They won’t investigate anything about your case; they’ll just follow the protocol they’re used to and treat you like a guinea pig.

“My Disappointing Experience at the Fertility Center: Poor Communication and Lack of Support”

As potential parents who were embarking on the journey of having children, we had high hopes and expectations for the fertility center. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met and our experience was extremely disappointing.

First of all, communication with staff was inadequate. We often felt unclear about what to do next and our questions were not adequately answered. This led to increased uncertainty and stress throughout the process.

Furthermore, the organization and planning of the appointments was unreliable. Several times our appointments were rescheduled or canceled without us being given proper notice. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

Furthermore, we were disappointed by the empathy and sensitivity of the staff. We had hoped to find support and understanding, but instead we often felt rejected and misunderstood.

Overall, our experience at the fertility center was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We hope this feedback helps make improvements so future patients have a better experience. Save yourself the trip there and look for something else.

Great center and nice staff and doctors. The cleanliness, order and calm of the place. My experience was excellent with Dr. Hanadi. She is understanding and gives you her full time. I had my first child in this clinic. I am very grateful
