Dr. Mutz is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time with patients and seems very competent. However, the practice team is a disaster. I've never waited less than an hour for an appointment; the medical assistants and receptionists take their time, seeming disinterested and bored. Several times, despite having made an appointment, I was forgotten and waited for hours. Even getting blood drawn takes at least another half hour because the staff at the front desk are busy with who-knows-what. I've now started treatment and will complete it, but I would advise everyone against going there. It's impossible to manage as a working person.

Their service is terrible - they are neither smart nor empathetic, especially when it comes to something as intimate as having a baby. If you read the reviews and compare them with other clinics, you’ll see this one has some of the lowest ratings in Berlin. If you want a good experience, choose another clinic, especially for such an important matter.

On February 4, 2025, we requested our documents in writing because we wanted to change fertility clinics. When that didn't help, we visited the clinic in person. To this day, we still don't have all of the documents with OUR findings. This is a clear GDPR violation and, for a practice with such sensitive data, actually unacceptable. The reason for the change was the repeated cancellation of an appointment. This is also completely unacceptable in these emotionally tense times. (The receptionists were also not perceived as competent, but this can be overlooked if the rest is correct.) We strongly recommend choosing a different clinic.

Women, stay away from this center. Everything is dragged out. If the fertility rate is poor, they continue recommending IUI, etc., "since they don't know if that's the cause" (what else? The Holy Spirit?), and they waste time. In the end, you end up with a bunch of cheesy, false diagnoses in your file and no child. Another center showed absolute incomprehension about the long, exhausting, and aimless treatments. There, the first attempt resulted in a healthy pregnancy and a child.
