Useless. Cannot recommend. If it were possible to award a negative score (minus 2 star) I would. We wasted 2 years dealing with this incompetent doctor. Total waste of time and money.

Worse than useless in fact because unless your case is simple you will simply waste time and money with these idiots.

Once we switched to a new, better more competent doctor my partner became pregnant at the first attempt thus proving how useless Dr Stegelmann really is.

Not willing to adjust hormone doses or do simple straightforward testing, which even a child could thinkup.

After numerous visits with no positive result, I personally had to suggest to doctors a testing regime to test validity of eggs. eg: with no drug/hormones administered, with one drug, with two drugs etc.

Additionally nursing staff of very low quality, not helpful. After visiting the practice many many times the staff still acted as if it were my first visit everytime and one would laboriously have to re-explain everything.

Bad communication between doctors and their staff. Almost as if they didn’t know what computers were for. Terrible to arrange appointments by telephone, inflexible boorish, borderline-idiotic receptionists. I often wondered if the staff had developmental problems due to how bad the service was.

Great Clinic And Staff is very much cooperative and friendly. I would definitely recommend. I have a baby Boy after having the treatment from FRAU Bromme. She was so so so Lovely , very friendly and veryyyy supportive .

The doctors are on top of the latest research and they do have a great team. Lab reliability and efforts to make sure people do get their private space during all procedures, was outstanding and though I’m sure nobody wants to go through any of these procedures, the doctors and their team, were always on top of things and made the experience as pleasant as possible.
I was particularly impressed with the knowledge on latests papers regarding different fertility supplements and appreciated the open honesty shared with us when they didn’t think a specific treatment or ‘extra’ would really have any measurable impact in the outcome. Considering they could have made extra money telling us otherwise, I can really tell they were not trying to sell us anything we didn’t need.
As a plus thing regarding user experience and office design: the clinic is nicely divided and each of the rooms has been designed with their target audience, men, woman or partners, in a very clever way giving the right intimacy, coziness or practicality. From drapes and independent rooms for the couples to the toilet designs etc.
From the other different clinics we visited, I can confidently say, this one was, by far, the best in installations, doctor and lab team quality.
Considering how emotionally costly such a process can be, I could not recommend any other clinic in Berlin better than this one.

We were treated by Antonia Bromme, although with our luck only a few tests for optimization and no treatment were necessary until pregnancy occurred.
The doctor is super nice, competent, extremely flexible (for example, she spontaneously made it possible to flush the fallopian tubes on the same day) and is very careful when carrying out examinations in the chair.
In addition, the practice is very well organized and well-coordinated, the nurses are in a good mood and are happy to be with you. I can recommend this practice with a clear conscience.

We can only recommend the fertility clinic to everyone! We felt we were well advised right from the start. The reception nurses are always friendly, even when the clinic is busy. Ms. Dr. Kim was always realistic and explained all the next steps to us in detail. She was always empathetic and friendly and made us feel good. The first IVF was successful and we can be happy about our miracle! Many thanks to Ms. Kim.

Many thanks to the greatest Kinderwunsch clinic. Ms. Jahnke accompanied us so well and was always there with heart and calm. We felt very looked after and advised at all times and the best thing is that we have been able to hold our little mouse in our arms for 14 days 💕

I can only recommend this clinic to you. I felt so comfortable from the first minute. The girls at the front desk are really nice and no matter how stressful it is sometimes, as a patient you don’t notice it. The telephone availability in this clinic is great. Even if you write an email, it will be answered quickly. If you have an appointment with another doctor (representation, vacation, etc.) you feel just as comfortable. All very nice.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ms. Kim. It’s not always easy for you, you often ask yourself the question, will I ever reach my destination? Ms. Kim is a very loving doctor, I really enjoyed coming to her. She always had an open ear and always encouraged me. It took a while but Ms. Kim always said they would leave the clinic still pregnant. Dear Ms. Kim, please always maintain your great manner as a doctor. Thank you !!!

After a strongly negative experience in another fertility clinic we had high hopes for this clinic as it had a much better rating and was recommended to us by a couple who became happy parents thanks to Dr. Jantke. Unfortunately we were not so lucky, but not due to lack of professionalism of the doctors, rather due to the state of German medicine in this area with all its limitations that make only simplest cases curable. The doctors in this clinic are professional, they only perform the treatment necessary for the particular case. All the tests are well thought out and thorough, doctor appointments last bout 30 minutes or as long as necessary, there is no rush or hurry and there is room for empathy and detailed explanations the couple needs. Dr. Jantke is suportive, systematic and attentive to detail, he immediately saw the hormonal issue (hyperthyroidism) and advised me to see a endocrinologist before proceeding further with our desire to have kids. The main problem is the limitations they cannot overcome – like strict protocols, absence of genetic tests of embryos to understand if they are at all suitable for transfer, inability to benefit from egg donation as egg cell donation or surrogate motherhood is completely forbidden in Germany, which sounds discriminatory towards women, because sperm donation is for along time a BAU process. So if your case is not a dimple one, but the budget is tight, I would definitely recommend Ukraine. Why Ukraine? Because there are almost no limitations in this sphere in Ukraine. Clinics there have attractive package offers (up to surrogacy when necessary), they perform genetic tests, so that the woman feels more confident with the transfer and throughout pregnancy, etc. Such flexibility leads to fewer attempts with higher success rate. Our little daughter (from first attempt) is the strongest proof of my words ☺️

I continue to recommend this clinic, the doctors take their time with the patient and are also careful and considerate. In order to get pregnant, you also go through the examinations in every detail so that it works. Thank you very much for having people like that ^^
