The practice is very organized, client questions are answered, and the team provides great services with some waiting time.

We were very satisfied with the practice and the entire team. Everything was organized and very well organized for us. Sehr kompetente Ärzte und stets freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns immer sehr gut betreut, aufgeklärt und verstanden gefühlt. Frau Dr. Wiedmann und Frau Dr. Treutlein haben uns geholfen schon im 1. Zyklus unseren Babywunsch näher zu kommen. Nun sind wir bereits im 6. Monat einer völlig unkomplizierten Schwangerschaft. Sehr kompetente, freundliche und einfühlsame Ärzte und Arzthelfer/innen. Telefonische Absprachen haben immer super geklappt. Restl. Abläufe auch Reibungslos. Es wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass nicht zu viel eines Medikamentes/Spritzen verschrieben wird, sodass man nicht unnötig zahlen muss. Man wurde stets gut Beraten/Betreut.

"Disappointing Experience: Ms. S. Flamma's Unprofessional Behavior Overshadows Practice"

The practice is fine, the only “problem” is Ms. S. Flamma from the practice team. (office hours help) She really seems to be “mentally ill”! I just asked her something, then her face stretched extremely long and screamed at me! She made me wait for 10 minutes, all she did was look at her screen and make fun of me! The colleague next door was very embarrassed and didn't feel comfortable at all, but she didn't stop! When I realized that she didn't want to work at all, I went to the colleague next to her and was helped immediately. She is absolutely sick! I have never experienced such an extremely rude and disgraceful employee! Such an employee is damaging to business! It belongs to psychiatry!
