My feeling after my IVF process with them is: come and pay, you as a human being and the result of your process is not of our interest. Zero empathy with the patient. The doctor who treated me “Bárbara Castro” never looked at my face and implanted my only frozen eggs even though a 2.5 cm submucosal fibroid was touching my endometrium. Fact that makes embryo development impossible and high abortion factor. Now I will no longer be able to be a mother with my eggs. Not to mention that the professional made mistakes in the follow-up of my case which delayed my process by 1 month. When my IVF failed, they gave me a review appointment because I requested it, they already sent me away without even checking to see if the embryo had been completely expelled. I made an appointment with a second professional at the clinic who did suggest that I remove the fibroid since it touched the endometrium. The clinic has a team of psychologists who NEVER contacted me to see how I was doing. My experience with them has been horrible, I do not recommend them at all.

We will be eternally grateful to the Ivi Coruña team, especially our doctor Adriana, and Cinthia who always made us feel at home, the affection with which you treat patients makes you enormously great. We got our baby at IVI after a very long and by no means easy road, the world of assisted reproduction is very complicated and does not always go well.
We have to thank Cintia, Lola and Thais for the treatment received at the Coruña clinic, who are the first visible face of the clinic, and who have been so kind, attentive and efficient and have always welcomed us with a smile. And especially to Dr. Adriana, for being a light on the path and a friend who did everything possible and more to make our dream come true. I didn’t manage to make it to the first IVF transfer, I’m doing the second transfer, everything was perfect, the embryos were 7 quality A and the entire uterus was fine, but it wasn’t possible, now I had the second one done with a girl in Vigo who already She did both, very good and very pleasant, she treated me very well, in fact I asked if she was there to serve me because in Vigo it is true that she stands out a lot for her kindness, treatment and delicacy, the receptionists at In general I see quite a few dry ones, but since I’m going to Coruña it doesn’t matter to me a bit.
Apart from the best of IVI in capital letters, it is Cintia and Bárbara, Cintia I call her constantly, always willing to help me with everything, she is very hardworking and fixes everything super quickly, she is very nice and always with a smile, she is good and happy for you always with positivity and good words, you can see that she has a huge heart and helps you with everything, what to say about Barbara is light too, super good and positive, she has a sweetness and a wonderful way of explaining everything, in the Ecos explains everything very well, teaches you and always with a smile, I feel at home, without Cintia and without Bárbara I don’t know if I would continue this fight, thank you so much for all the support.
