We are delighted with the clinic, from the first day both Tamar and Ana, as well as the girls at the reception, made us feel super comfortable, they explained everything to us and were with us every step of the way. It has been a hard process, but it has been worth it.

I and my partner tried for a long time to get pregnant, we went to this clinic and we got a girl named Tamar who was very attentive at all times and we are going to be parents.

I do not recommend this clinic, we have been waiting almost a year for the refund of the offer they made us for getting pregnant in the second IVF attempt.
Everything wrong in this clinic, to start the treatment after paying, we had to wait for them to give us follow-up. When they made us the offer for the promotion of paying more, they called several times to accept and ensure that it suited us and that they would make the refund. When you call the phone they don’t answer you or they say they will give your message to Tamar and if you go to the clinic in person they don’t answer you because you don’t have an appointment, they say they are busy or they aren’t there.
After getting pregnant, we insisted many times for them to give a reason for the refund, if you don’t write a WhatsApp to Tamar they don’t do it, they don’t follow up, they give you a long wait, asking if they are on vacation, asking if they are sick… Etc.

Very bad experience, they are only looking to get money, I went 2 months ago for a fertility test, for which they told me to go another day to a laboratory to take blood, to which I asked the laboratory when they would have the results and they told me that in a week, well a month passed and they still had not called me to tell me anything (it was December and I could understand that there were holidays) even so I called in case something happened, they told me that in two days they would have my results and they would call me, which surprised me because in the laboratory They told me a week, not a month. Weeks passed and I still didn’t know anything, I called again and they told me that they couldn’t help me that they would call me the next day and they didn’t actually call me, I called again to say that for work I would be without coverage for a week and I could only receive WhatsApp and they told me that they would send me an email with the results, while I was working they didn’t send me anything, I sent them several WhatsApp asking and they told me that there was an error with my email, I corrected them and still nothing, as soon as I had coverage I called very angry and they told me that they had problems with the email, which I already corrected on WhatsApp, and they told me that they would send it to me that same day, my surprise was when they sent me the results by WhatsApp and without explaining anything about the results, I had to consult it by other means to understand it, my question is, why didn’t they do it before? Why did they want my email then? Two months waiting for the results, two!! While they hesitated and teased me, they played with people’s feelings, because as you will understand, those results are something important for someone who wants to have children.
After all this I went to another clinic in the area and there the treatment and effectiveness have nothing to do with them, certainly do not go to this clinic because you will only waste your time and on top of that they will hesitate.

I am very dissatisfied with Eva clinic in Coruña. I tell you…
We decided to go to the Eva clinic in Coruña because we were not pregnant and from the first moment they treated us very well. We had to pay a fairly high amount because they offered us an “offer” and it seemed good to us, but the thing is that if she became pregnant during the first egg extraction (which luckily was the case) they would return the rest of the excess money…some €7400. Everything is very nice until they start giving you different excuses…we have been waiting for more than a year for the money and nothing. Every time we call them they tell you a different thing. They don’t seem like serious people to me.
The person who took us all the IVF paperwork was Tamar and she always treated us well until we asked her for the extra money. I don’t know if I would do another IVF again, but at Clínicas Eva, no joke. I don’t like being teased and lied to like that. We will go to trial if necessary.

It’s a scam! Don’t step inside the door because you will save money and suffering! Everything is nice until you pay, from then on, goodbye and if I have seen you I don’t remember! This clinic is scammers and they deceive you and let time pass and they don’t really do almost any tests before the transfer and the appointments, nor do they notify you or the center. I don’t know how to recommend it to anyone, they are there to pass the time and charge you, that’s why they rush.

All bad… After a few months of the first and only appointment I have had with them, specifically, a woman named Támar treated me, I can say that I felt totally disappointed and let down by the clinic. After several years of trying to get pregnant, we decided to try assisted reproduction. After 3 minutes of the interview I already realized that they were not going to treat me, since the first thing they asked me was how much I weighed, to which after turning the tables they began to try to sell me a bariatric surgery, balloon, sleeve , pose, etc. It didn’t matter why I had gone, she was already clear that I was not valid for them and the only thing she tried was to sell me a method to lose weight. He didn’t ask me absolutely ANYTHING about my health, blood tests, fertility problems, tests I did, etc., nothing at all.
The treatment has been totally fatphobic and embarrassing. Having years of frustration and depression with the search for pregnancy to arrive at a clinic where the only thing that matters to them is your weight, trying to sell you the idea that the possibilities, risks, etc. are greatly reduced. Speech learned by heart that the only thing that achieved was that she left the clinic crying.
