I do not recommend IVF Florida. Although the doctor seemed nice, you only see them once or twice, you normally interact with the nurses. During my infertility treatment I was given drugs that gave me extreme heart rate levels, as well as other issues, consistent with OHSS. Not once did the nurses ask how I was doing or check my health vitals during treatment. I had to advocate for myself and was brushed off. I had to stop treatment at the risk of my life. Not to mention the front desk staff is so rude. Once waited over an hour for an appointment because they forgot to check me in. Such an unprofessional practice, they just want your money.

Go to a different clinic. Staff has been rude to my wife and they will make you wait hours to be seen. We've been to the Margate location and would highly recommend going there instead. Doctors are great but the staff could benefit from a little kindness. How are they always running hours late by 945am without any consideration?

Review states communication difficulties, long wait times, and frustration with retrieving results.

Terrible, I've tried reaching out MULTIPLE times. No-one ever answers, not once, just vm prompts when you call to get results. Actual lab visit wasn't bad, but getting the results is like pulling teeth.

Clinic had poor scheduling and communication. Unprofessional staff wasted patient's time. Patient will not return.

From out of town- Needed to have blood work / ultrasound done while visiting family- was scheduled for 7am appointment. Show up at 7 and no one is in the office. Wait outside for 28 minutes until someone shows up and says we don’t open til 7:30….then why did someone from your office schedule me for 7am. Unprofessional and do not care for patients time wasted. Will not be coming back here.

Wife's 7am appointment was not respected, poor communication and unprofessional staff. Fertility health services were negatively impacted. Potential disaster due to poor handling of appointment times.

Made my wife an appointment for 7am (with email confirmation for same) when they don't open til 8am. Who does that?! If you can't even get your own opening hours correct how can anyone trust you with something as complex and personal as fertility health??? Total disaster.
