Where should I start, unfortunately Rockford is very limited for anything local for infertility. This office was not our first choice but due to location we ended up moving forward with this clinic. Over all it started off ok. Our main reason we went here is because of convenience. To be able to get in for labs and appts with both of us working full time jubs, we knew was already going to be hard so having something close would help relieve a stressful situtation be less stressful...wrong! They only do certain procedures on certain day ect ect. So really it is pretty limitied. i went in for my labs, which they were short handed that day (understand that happens) but just was not a very welcoming office. I was not very informed on the visit because was not aware i was getting an ultrasound that day. Then my husband needed some labs and test done.Which i was told he can walk in but please call ahead..and gave me their hours..which was perfect he was off on fridays and would just walk in, but he called they told him appt only! so then proceeded to schedule out a week..let that go..i went in for another procedure and was not successful and needed to be done under anesthesia. yet again no one told me this needed to be done in hoffman estates office. Waited one month until next my cycle and reached out to schedule...and was told that they only had one day available...(which is very limited for an exam that needs to be done during a very timly matter) and they did not even give me options what else i could do beside wait another month. i had to ask to go to another clinic since they multiple locations, then to be told that it was only done at the hoffman estates office and magicly another date became available. my husband and I have to get take off work. which was not easy last min. so day of appt comes, and we are an hour away from hoffman estates to remind you, 825/830 am we arrived at the appt. for me to see i had a miss call at 804 and a portal message at 811 am to cancel me appt. I understand alot of things can happen but it was due to equipment not working...ok but for the nurse/tech(not sure who i was even talking to) she tells me they just realize 20 mins ago! they didnt even turn on the machine until then. my frustation is, this could of been handle alot better. the office is not personal. we are a transaction and on to the next. And I was extremely upset and frustrated. I did express I will not be rescheduling and going with our orginal clinic. I get home and another nurse calls me to tell me they have another machine now and can reschedule me this week... well no thank you because i can not get off work again...and two I already told you will not be rescheduling. yet again to hear from anyone from the office...on to the next. I would not recommend for anyone who is looking for something impersonal. you talk to whoever contacts you back on the portal which is never the same person. they did not help us through a very sensitive and hard time already be any less stressful. this will be a blessing for myself and my husband if we are able to conceive so we would want ones that want to be there. this was a blessing this happen early in our process.

Went here because I live in Rockford + accepted insurance. Faculty was very nice. No waiting ever at the Rockford office. Wife spoke with doctor once maybe twice total (which is terrible for this stressful journey). Techs such as cna anesthesiologist (all nice) are running the show. Whichever doctor is on call (similar to kind body) does the egg retrieval on the day at the main location. A few negatives is I send them both blood test from my local hospital (Osf), and they did the same test again at there own clinic. I just got the $375 bill today. The office is old with 3 people sharing a room (separated by curtains) on the egg retrieval day (felt like i was in a 3rd world country). Regardless of them doubling the quantity of my wife’s eggs from the first rounds to the 2nd one, ours was unsuccessful. There’s going to be good and bad reviews regarding every clinic/ivf mill. But there’s a ton of variables which go into the equation to but the full blame on the clinic. We are going to take a break before trying again.

Can not say enough good things about this doctors office, especially Kelly! Kelly went above and beyond for my wife, if it weren’t for her we would have had a very difficult time getting through the process. All the nurses are super friendly and make you feel at home everytime you walk through the door. Doctor Deutch is so kind and truly cares about each of his patients. You are not just another number to them. As exciting as it was to be done going there my wife was sad to be finished. We highly recommend advanced reproductive center!

Where do I even begin! I have known Doc for over ten years and I don’t regret any one of those years!! I started my journey in his old office in gurnee then moved to the Rockford location! When I started going there, I became a huge fan of Kelly! Not only did she always welcome you with a smile but she showed she cared about you and your baby. And that is what you need as a women having a rough time becoming a mom. You need that friendship feel and Kelly is outstanding for the job. She was always there at my lowest and always there at my greatest! Almost like a sister I never had. I have watched her grow more in the company and passing class after class to even better herself for others! I mean I think she did not need to since she was already awesome but I love her drive for helping others in need. So please make sure if you’re in the Rockford office you make sure you meet her and see for yourself how caring she truly is! Trust me you won’t be disappointed 🤍
