Tras varios abortos acudí a IGIN. Me dieron respuesta a todo y me recomendaron FIV pero también que podía seguir intentando de manera natural aunque con menos probabilidad. Un mes antes de empezar FIV me quedé embarazada, con miedo les llamé y me recetaron lo necesario. En semanas que he tenido ansiedad por diferentes motivos me han apoyado siempre, por teléfono, email y/o consulta adicional.. Ahora de semana 20 sigo con ellos el seguimiento y lo haré hasta el final. Gracias al equipo de administración, a las enfermeras y a las ginecólogas Silvia y Nerea. Recomiendo por trasparencia, empatía y profesionalidad.

Desde el primer día el trato en la clínica ha sido cálido y humano. El equipo de administración (Nathalia, Javi, Itziar…) siempre sonriente, cercano y atento, cuidando cada detalle con delicadeza, cariño y absoluta privacidad, y siempre disponibles para cualquier duda o consulta que nos ha ido surgiendo en el camino.

Iñigo y todo su equipo han sido fantásticos: profesionales, cercanos y muy delicados en el trato. Han sabido acompañarnos con muchísima información, tranquilidad y sensibilidad, haciendo que todo el proceso fuese más fácil, más cómodo y más llevadero.

Hoy nos han dado el alta y, sinceramente, hemos sentido pena al despedirnos y por todo ello queremos continuar el seguimiento de nuestro embarazo con ellos.En nuestro caso, todo funcionó a la primera, y no podemos estar más agradecidos. Su criterio es exquisito, su forma de trabajar impecable y el trato humano inmejorable.

Una clínica súper recomendable, a la que siempre recordaremos con enorme cariño.

Bonjour, je tenais à remercier la clinique IGIN de Bilbao pour sa gentillesse, disponibilité et surtout efficacité. Durant tout mon parcours la clinique a toujours était à mon écoute et m’a accompagnée tout le long de ce parcours avec une telle bienveillance, vraiment je ne peux que les recommander à 200% et encore une fois les remercier. Je me souviens, une fois j’avais oublié des médicaments et je devais faire une piqûre un dimanche et bien ils ont répondu tout de suite et m’ont trouvée une pharmacie de garde et surtout m’ont rassurée. Avec IGIN vous êtes vraiment entre de bonnes mains et maintenant que grâce à eux j’ai réussi à être enceinte je suis vraiment comblée alors encore une fois un grand merci pour tout ce qu’ils ont accompli. Ils vous laissent pas tomber et vous accompagne dans cette aventure. Pour toutes ces raisons je les recommande vivement. Grace à eux en 6 mois j’ai réussi à tomber enceinte. Ce n’est que mon expérience mais je les trouve vraiment efficace, ils analysent tout pour comprendre d’où vient le problème.
