From the first moment we felt at home, they have supported us from the first minute supporting all our decisions. In my case I have treated almost all the doctors and nurses and they have treated me extremely well.
I had to do several punctures and this brought with it many visits, there was a season when I went every week and both the administrative staff and my girls always received me with a smile, a hug or whatever I needed at the moment.
Thanks to them we fulfilled our dream of being aitatxus in the first transfer, without their professionalism this would not have been possible.

We thank Igin for managing our route. They dedicated time, listened to us and the request for specific tests with targeted actions meant that we were able to have our son Pietro.
The fact that we also have staff who speak Italian is certainly a plus.
We have had experiences in Denmark and we can say that the experience with Igin is far better in terms of professionalism and scrupulousness.

An available, efficient clinic and unfailing support in this IVF ICSI journey. Reassuring in times of doubt and happy in times of joy. A team of adorable coordinators, competent doctors and top biologists. Nothing to do with the PMA course in France, at IGIN we are not a file number, we are unique patients with follow-up adapted to each person. I highly recommend this clinic in Bilbao. We have done 2 embryo transfers and the 2nd transfer was successful. Pregnancy in progress after years and years of failures. Thank you again for your work and your humanity.

“Delighted with Exceptional Fertility Treatment and Support!”
We have done our fertility treatment with them. And from the first moment they have made us feel at home.
