100% recommended. Thank the entire team in general for their treatment and professionalism, starting with reception, passing through each of the departments and team and until reaching Gorka. A delicate experience on a personal level but very pleasant and easy on their part. I would recommend the clinic with my eyes closed. Thanks for all the equipment.

Very badly. Call to become an egg donor. They gave me an appointment, they gave me the first consultation. I waited for the call they promised me from the psychologist to see if I passed the test. I had to call them to remind them that they had not called me. They did it two weeks later, they gave me the go-ahead and told me that in a few days they would call me to do the next test. After all this, I notified at work that they were going to intervene shortly to become an egg donor and take a few days off. They didn’t call me. I called and they told me a few days later that they felt I was not suitable (when they always told me yes), some shameless people who play with people’s hopes. If we want donors, be clear with people. Clinical shame. You don’t play with people’s time and enthusiasm. Attached WhatsApp conversation

It was difficult for us to make the decision and to do so we visited 3 clinics, until we arrived here, the honesty with which Dr. Barrenetxea treated us we had not felt in any of the others and was key to our decision. Then the treatment during the treatment was super humane from the entire team and to top it all off we are pregnant. I highly recommend!

After some time and reflection I write this review expressing the dry and disastrous treatment of Dr. Gorka that at first everything was ok and then the attention disappears and in addition to not having any luck with the pregnancy we are going for the second one and he did not intervene at all and also I was calling him and he wasn’t there and we didn’t know what to do with the treatment and in the end I had to go in person, an ordeal. Furthermore, he didn’t give us any explanations about anything. I don’t recommend it because of the treatment.

Since I became pregnant I decided to do follow-ups at this clinic.
The best decision we could make. To begin with, the good organization and the unbeatable treatment from all the professionals. The ultrasound machines are state-of-the-art and the images of the baby are spectacular.
We had a little scare after an echo performed in Osakidetza and in our case, Ricardo (gine) has not hesitated to call us right away to resolve our doubts, manage new appointments and, above all, reassure us. We couldn’t be in better hands. Thanks to the entire team and especially to Ricardo for his extensive knowledge, affection, professionalism and good work.

I have felt cheated, when we went to get information they told me that it was almost 100% reliable, I am still paying the p… clinic and without a baby!
On top of that I told them that I wanted to finance the ENTIRE process and they have done whatever they want!
So my experience with them is not good at all.
Don’t trust it completely.
They don’t even deserve the star I gave them but if not, it won’t let me publish it.

A real pleasure to have had the professionalism of Gorka B. and his team. It has been a simply perfect path. I can only go on record with my most sincere recommendation to all people who are looking for a really serious reproduction clinic, experienced and at the forefront of reproductive techniques.
