I just want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Karpouzis and midwife Vasiliki for their incredible support throughout my IVF journey. From day one, they have been the most helpful, compassionate, and genuinely caring professionals I’ve ever met. Their guidance, patience, and constant reassurance made all the difference during such an emotional and delicate process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team, and I will always be thankful for the role they’ve played in helping me get to this point.
All the girls helpful and kind, from the secretary to the midwives. Everything organized and without any delay. The same applies to the telephone communications we had for various information we needed since we live in the countryside.
The embryology laboratory is probably the best in Greece and the embryologists are impeccable.
Very happy with the whole process, all the girls from the reception to the midwife were wonderful smiling and very helpful!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most beautiful gift the embryologists gave me!!!
My experience at the institute of life is also positive, it is a well-organized center, without much waiting at cash registers and blood donation, as well as the large load of patients. In egg retrieval and embryo transfer, everything runs like clockwork. I want to say a big thank you to my doctor Mr. Theodoros Moustakarias, he is an excellent doctor and person. With my first attempt and at the age of 41 I got pregnant thanks to this excellent doctor. I thank him very much because he made this difficult process easy and because throughout the entire effort I felt confident and safe.
Many thanks also to Aphrodite for being with me in all this.
I will always remember you with love. ❤️
After infinite suffering with charlatans, I managed to get pregnant with the first IV !! The doctor and the midwives are always with you and available whenever you need them, all the workers at the center are polite and the prices are among the lowest compared to what I have heard on the market
My experience with ivf iaso is very good! A very organized center that, despite the huge load of patients, the secretaries and reception fully orient you…! I especially want to say a huge thank you and express immense gratitude to my doctor Mr. Theodoros Moustakaria not only because he is an extremely qualified scientist and inspires trust from the very first meeting, but because he is a Human with a capital A and to his wonderful midwife Aphrodite, who was by my side with incredible patience and real interest in my case. …! Be well always!!
Let me share my experience as a new mother! 1 star for the surgery department, the whole department is perfect!!! 1 star for the waiters on the 5th floor, always smiling and kind and willing to help you with anything!!! And another 1 star that should be half for the nurses on the 5th floor who were simply nowhere to be found. You called them and they did you the honor of coming after a long time while you are exhausted and need help because everything is new to you. You asked for your baby to be brought to you and they forgot about it after 5 times they signaled for what you wanted! Personally, they changed the diaper in my incision 1 time, they didn’t give me directions to the house despite the thousand requests to show us the bathroom and the baby’s diaper change. And the climax, our babies are fed foreign milk without us asking and without admitting it, with the result that when we finally left there, they didn’t tell us that the baby doesn’t eat exclusively from me, and as a result, we returned home with the baby crying non-stop. They do not inform so that the baby does not cry and is not tortured, sir, and then the mother. Let’s not say about the breastfeeding help, they came and put it on the breast and left, they didn’t help you practically. I injured both my nipples and had to feed a stranger to my child while I had milk. You give so much money to have something more and you have absolutely nothing!!! And the attendants to sleep on some old chairs or if at best they found an empty couch in the living room. Out of the 10 girls on this floor, if there were 10, 3 were worthy and unfortunately I didn’t ask them for their names to write them down.!!!
Very good hospital with the best doctor Dr. Theodoros Kalambokas. All I have to say is thank you, may you always be well 🌺🌺🌺
**Warning!!**
This place was a real letdown. I ignored the warning signs and went for an IVF attempt. Spent 5 hours there and dropped almost €2,000 on tests that seemed like a total joke – even questioned if they were necessary.
Turns out, they’re disorganized and anything but transparent. We lost nearly 2 grand on the consultation (not to mention the flights and the cost of the trip for this) and they took my husband’s sperms, charging us for storage. Weeks later, surprise! They emailed us saying we had to redo it.
After we got the test results in Greek (go figure) and had a Greek-speaking doctor in our country check them out. Useless and definitely not worth the hefty bill. Save your money, trust me – wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
“Disappointing Experience: Chaotic, Unorganized, and Frustrating Waits at This Private Institute”
Wow, what a chaotic and crowded place. Taking into account that this is a private institute, ergo you have to pay for everything, level of service and organization is very low. Coming in no one really tells you what to do. No signs where to register, where to do blood test and ECG, where to pay etc. You are supposed to sit and wait for hours hoping that someone tells you what to do next. It’s a clinic with lots of private doctors with their assistants just renting rooms which makes it this chaotic I guess.
