  • warning Rude or Impersonal Staff

Several accounts describe secretariat call‑center agents, anesthesia personnel, and some nurses as rude, lacking empathy, or applying undue pressure after procedures, which detracts from the otherwise caring environment.

  • warning Unexpected Costs and Billing Issues

Patients mention hidden fees for additional consultations, notary services, and sperm storage, as well as invoices lacking detailed breakdowns, creating financial uncertainty despite the clinic’s premium positioning.

  • warning Inconsistent Medical Follow‑up

A minority of patients report doctors who are unavailable after procedures, limited post‑treatment guidance, and pressure to transfer multiple embryos contrary to patient preferences, leading to stress and disappointment.

The Institute of Life IASO is excellent, both in terms of service and communication, as well as the care and support provided to patients. The receptionists and nurses had wonderful and very professional communication. I was treated by Dr. Remountis Theodoros, one of the best doctors, who made this experience very easy for me.
The nurses who assisted me were also amazing—kind, caring, and always helpful. They supported me a lot, and we communicated in English since I do not speak Greek. I am truly happy with all the work that was done.
I also clearly remember the embryologist, who was extremely kind and excellent at her work. Five stars are simply not enough for the service and everything the staff did for me, especially under the leadership of the doctor.
