I couldn’t recommend Serum IVF enough. The doctors and staff are all exceptional, they all go out of their way to help their patients. No question is to small and no problem is to big.

There communication skills are excellent and so are their facilities. They truly look into the issues causing the infertility and recommend appropriate testing to help.

I am currently 9 weeks pregnant after my 1st round of treatment with Serum IVF. After having multiple failed rounds with another clinic. I honestly believe I wouldn’t be pregnant without Serum IVF. I felt supported and listened to during my time with Serum IVF. I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for their help.

I truly cannot recommend Serum enough. This place is where dreams come true.
For years I looked into many clinics but none gave me a feeling like Serum gave me, from that first over the phone consultation I was in love with the clinic before I even arrived.
The moment I walked through the door I felt safe and at home, every single person made me feel special.
You are not just a number at Serum, everything is tailored to fit you. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you, they made me smile everytime I walked in the building. They made the whole experience amazing for us.
Even tho our first cycle didn’t work, I was not sad because it ment I got to go back to the clinic :).
I am now gone 12 weeks and expecting twins and I can not thank Serum enough for this because I owe them everything, and I hope to god that I get to bring them to meet the people that made them possible.

I am pregnant. I had surgery in August, and dr Meridis advised us to wait for three months before trying or going for IVF. To my surprise, I fell pregnant this December. We tried in November, and nothing happened. In December, I prayed seriously to God, and to my surprise, I fell pregnant. This is my 6th year trying to conceive. It was a privilege to come to Serum IVF as the doctors and nurses are wonderful, kind and personalize treatment much better than my experience in London. I feel they have more knowledge in a different way, and more innovative. I felt well looked after and I love how the clinic is based on the premise of being a caring clinic and not just a conveyor belt. If I had known about this clinic earlier and researched better, I would come straight here instead of London. An added bonus, I met a couple of wonderful women there during my treatment that have become friends and felt like an extended holiday combining treatment with being able to experience other things Greece has to offer – wonderful people, food and sightseeing.

I initially had a good impression of this clinic and would have recommended them based on our experience during our first IVF cycle a year ago. The staff were friendly and supportive, which left us feeling optimistic. When we first visited, they performed a hysteroscopy and advised us to try conceiving naturally for another six months, despite the fact that I was already 40 years old.

When we returned for IVF, they sold us medication (CASH ONLY!!!), but upon checking at home, we discovered it was set to expire in just six months. Additionally, a polyp they were supposed to remove during the previous hysteroscopy was still there. Despite all this, we managed to retrieve one egg, but unfortunately, the cycle failed. I now know that it’s not recommended to proceed with IVF with one egg only.

The following year, I was advised to undergo ovarian PRP and another hysteroscopy. This time, the clinic recommended buying medication from some shady pharmacy that provided no itemized breakdown of costs. We later discovered we could have purchased the medication elsewhere for much less.

We proceeded with the medication, but it ended unsuccessfully because they missed my ovulation and no eggs were retrieved. Throughout this process, we were shuffled between three different doctors. The primary doctor, Dr. Gryparis, was unavailable for our first scan, so we saw another doctor. When it was time for egg collection, Dr. Gryparis briefly introduced himself, seemingly not even remembering me. The entire process felt impersonal, as though they followed a one-size-fits-all protocol with no individualised care.

During our final consultation, Dr. Gryparis was dismissive and rude, essentially saying, “Well, these things happen. Anyway, you’re 43, so your chances are low.” This lack of compassion and personalised care was incredibly disheartening.

If you are looking for a clinic with a personal approach and consistency in care, I would not recommend this one. Additionally, their recommendation of an unethical pharmacy and their apparent focus on maximizing profit at the expense of hopeful and trusting patients raises serious concerns about their practices.

Outstanding care and expertise. I literally cannot express the incredibly quality of care I received in Serum.
I had a video consultation with Serum after a year of trying to get someone in Ireland to help me remove a cesarian scar defect which was affecting fertility (to date, 3 years of TTC when I had no issues conceiving previously). I was being told in Ireland it was too complex and risky to remove (despite the fact it was filled with potentially toxic fluid). I felt so unseen and unheard. Every way I turned I couldn’t find anyone to help. Even one of the top gynaecologist surgeons in the country wasn’t confident operating on it. Fast forward to my consultation with Serum and they told me they could resolve the issue no problem. I travelled to Greece last week for a hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and surgery to remove the defect. I needed a general anaesthetic and a night in hospital. I had never been to Greece before and had to travel alone for various reasons. I was petrified to say the least! I will never forget the kindness, compassion, empathy, care and efficiency with which I was treated. From the staff at the clinic (every single person I met), to she staff in the hospital and the staff at Seroom apartments – I felt so well taken care of. I was seen by the same consultant throughout and he put me at ease from the very first consultation. He removed the defect with ease and is confident I should be able to conceive naturally once healed. Everything was so thorough and they took a much more holistic approach than I had received in Ireland. Just like that, after a year of stress, anxiety, time wasting and a lot of money wasted – the problem was dealt with easily and efficiently at Serum. No matter what happens next for us, I will be forever grateful for the team and Serum for helping me when seemingly no one in Ireland could. A centre of excellence for sure and some of the most amazing people I have ever met.
