Quiero contarles mi experiencia y espero que pueda ayudar a aquellas parejas con infertilidad que desean formar una familia, el camino no es fácil, y se acompaña de muchas dudas e incertumbres, en nuestro caso ya habiamos ido a otras clinicas y no habiamos logrado nuestro positivo y tampoco teniamos un diagnostico, decidimos acudir a Ingenes Mérida en busca de otra opinión, en primer lugar las instalaciones son bonitas, cómodas y limpias, nuestra primera cita fue con Lilieni Camarillo, para hablar del proceso, y costos de los paquetes etc, y tuvimos una excelente atención y mucha empatia de su parte, después nos asignaron a nuestro médico la Dra Yolanda Betancourt y a nuestra enfermera Katherine, quienes de igual manera siempre fueron muy empaticas y atentas con nosotros, quiero destacar que la Dra Yolanda siempre buscó el mejor manejo para nuestra situación y siempre estuvo al pendiente, respondiendo nuestras dudas en consulta, o por medio de mensajes o llamadas. El dia de mi transferencia de embriones fue un momento muy especial, el trato del personal de quirófano fue excepcional, siempre atentos conmigo y preguntando como me sentia en cada momento, la Dra Yolanda quien realizó mi transferencia, muy profesional, me hizo sentir comoda y tranquila durante todo el procedimiento.
