Unethical clinic. Improper and incomplete instructions given the first time so I had to come back less than 2 weeks later for a retest. I confirmed upfront I would not be charged for the retest….however they still charged me afterward. When I called to address it the manager Maria, she just talked to me in circles. Finally she said she would follow up with me via email, then emailed me saying I would be charged and gave a nonsensical reason why that had nothing to do with what we discussed. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Thanks HRC for adding a poor experience to an already difficult situation 👎.
