The doctor’s intention was to suggest a simpler approach that would still provide the same medical effect, with the aim of making things easier for you. We are sorry if this was not communicated clearly enough in the moment. At one stage, one of your results was not immediately visible in the system, but it was quickly found and acknowledged.
