Genesys Fertility Center – Reviews and Prices

Not recommending. I had an unsuccessful IVF with Dr. Vythoulkas and unfortunately only money matters for the clinic, that’s all. I’m sorry I wasted a year and didn’t consider the reviews.

I had a very good experience with IVF at Genesys Fertility and I am deeply grateful to Dr. Budu (gynecologist) and Matei (embryologist) for their professionalism, empathy and support throughout the in vitro fertilization treatment. I live in the States and had a negative experience there, despite a large number of mature oocytes harvested. Seeing many reviews with similar experiences at the first stimulation at the same and other clinics in the States, I decided to try in Romania, with a doctor who came highly recommended: Dr. Budu. We communicated through messages almost 3 months before starting IVF in Romania and I was surprised by how dedicated you are to your patients. He always answered my messages promptly, reviewed my medical history and gave me advice for pre-IVF tests in Romania even when he was on vacation. Clear and open communication with you helped me get through each stage more easily. Now, back in the States, I passed the genetic tests ok, but at 12 weeks of pregnancy I had a visit to the emergency room, where I was reassured by an ultrasound that the baby was ok, but no detailed investigations were done and no specific treatment recommendations were given. I contacted Dr. Budu again and, again, even though she was on vacation, she answered me immediately, with medication advice, specific questions for the next visit to the doctor, and with encouragement. I don’t know many doctors who show such dedication and attention to details, and the fact that you treated me with patience and understanding and always gave me very good advice made a big difference for me. I felt for the first time that I have a true partner in this long and difficult process. I warmly recommend the doctor and the entire Genesys team.

The deadlines for displaying the analysis results are not respected!

This review is related strictly to the reception services which are not professional – communication skills need improvement and customer services also.
I have tried to call several times the phone number that is on the site and there isn’t any answer or call back. If you know the doctors directly or have their contact details then contact them directly.

In April 2022, I went to this clinic with all confidence, and following the discussions with Dr. Mioara Matei, I came to the conclusion that my only chance to get pregnant, after years lost and a lot of money spent, is IVF. I collaborated with Dr. Budu Antoaneta. You are a professional, but you are not very communicative. This did not bother me considering that at the end of the same year I gave birth to a miracle😊 Recommended this clinic, especially Dr. Mioara Matei who is an angel of God and who works miracles!

I had my surgery here and I can tell you that I benefited from the maximum attention both from Dr. Tutunaru (who after the operation came to see me 3 times a day to see how I was), but also from the girls who were on duty (the nurses were all very nice, they spoke very nicely, calmly, they gave me confidence, they helped me a lot and encouraged me). The services are of quality. I respect Dr. Tutunaru’s team.

The most horrible experience lived in a medical clinic!! In addition to the fact that it is very difficult to make an appointment because they do not answer the phone, the appointment time does not matter! I waited 40 minutes beyond the appointment time to enter the analysis! The receptionist was in another world, she was also on her mobile and with a customer in front of her, plus she was giving directions to another customer from the waiting room! I do not recommend!!!

I recommend with love! Dr Tutunaru operated on me for endometriosis, fibroid and ovarian cyst! An exceptional doctor, and very helpful staff! I also recommend Mr. Dr. Gagiu, a true professional!
