Ich bin zu Dr. Alabrahem gegangen, nachdem ich die positiven Bewertungen anderer Patientinnen gelesen hatte, die sich gut gehört fühlten. Leider war meine Erfahrung völlig anders. Der Arzt hat mir nur ganz kurz zugehört und meine Probleme überhaupt nicht ernst genommen: symptomatisches PCO-Syndrom und Verdacht auf Endometriose (er wirkte fast gelangweilt, null Empathie). Nachdem er erfahren hat, dass ich nicht schwanger werden möchte, hat mich so schnell wie möglich nach Hause geschickt. Nach mehreren ähnlichen Erfahrungen bin ich zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass die meisten Gynäkolog:innen oder andere Fachärzt:innen, die gesetzlich versicherte Patient:innen annehmen, diese nicht auf die gleiche Weise behandeln wie Privatpatient:innen, von denen sie finanziell mehr profitieren. Ich würde diesen Arzt definitiv nicht empfehlen, wenn man ein spezifisches Problem hat und eine besondere Betreuung benötigt – und nicht nur eine jährliche Routineuntersuchung – oder wenn das Ziel nicht die Behandlung von Fruchtbarkeitsproblemen ist (dazu kann ich keine Aussage machen).

Der beste Gynäkologe bei dem ich jemals war. Ich wurde ernst genommen mit meinen Themen und er hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Ich hatte vorher wirklich Angst vor diesen Arztbesuchen, aber diese Angst ist definitiv weg. Ein riesiges Dankeschön! Auch für alle die unter Endometriose leiden, hier wird man gesehen und nicht abgetan.

Herr Dr. M.Amin Alabrahem war menschlich empathisch und zugewandt. Deswegen die 2 ⭐️! Leider steht dies im starken Kontrast zu den Erfahrungen mit der neuen Ärztin, die sich die Praxis mit ihm teilt. Wir kamen mit Kinderwunsch in die Praxis zum Herr Dr. Medizinisch notwendige Basisabklärungen wie Impfstatus, Blutabnahme hCG oder Schilddrüsenwerte wurden nicht veranlasst, andere Behandlungen wie eine Überweisung ins Gerinnungszentrum etc. wurden nur nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch. Die Beratung blieb oberflächlich und wir verließen die Praxis mit Unsicherheit. Am 13.01.2025 erhielten wir die Diagnose, dass kein Herzschlag mehr vorhanden ist und wurden ins Krankenhaus überwiesen. Erst dort fand eine ernsthafte und einfühlsame Aufklärung statt. Zuvor wurde der Sachverhalt lediglich oberflächlich mit der Bemerkung abgehandelt, dass dies sehr vielen Frauen passiere. Die medizinischen Fachangestellten sind unfreundlich, schlecht erreichbar und wirken unprofessionell. Telefonisch ist die Praxis faktisch nicht erreichbar, auf E Mails wird nicht geantwortet auch nicht in einer akuten Situation. Auch organisatorisch wirkt alles sehr unkoordiniert. Uns wurde vom Arzt per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, wir sollten in die Praxis kommen, damit meine Ehefrau (auch Patientin) ebenfalls eine Krankmeldung erhält, da sie mich betreut und psychisch belastet ist durch die Fehlgeburt. Wir haben dafür eine Fahrtzeit von etwa 45 Minuten auf uns genommen, nur um vor Ort von der Ärztin zu hören, dass Sie dies nicht machen wird. Es ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, warum uns zuvor ausdrücklich gesagt wurde, wir sollten in die Praxis kommen, zumal wir ansonsten auch unseren Hausarzt hätten aufsuchen können. Außerdem hatten wir nach einer Fehlgeburt keinerlei Chance, telefonisch Hilfe zu erhalten. Als wir heute mit akuten Blutungen ohne Termin in der Praxis erschienen, wurden wir zunächst abgewiesen. Dass überhaupt gefragt wurde, ob die Ärztin mit mich behandeln wolle, war schockierend. Das ich sofort abgelehnt habe. Da Herr Dr. nicht im Haus war. Direkt im weiterem Gespräch zeigte sich die Ärztin unverschämt, taktlos und unprofessionell. Aussagen wie Sie waren beim Herrn Doktor das ist nicht mein Problem begleitet von einem Lächeln sind nach einer Fehlgeburt absolut inakzeptabel. Wir haben die Praxis wütend, verletzt und weinend verlassen. Wir sitzen jetzt in der Notaufnahme im Krankenhaus, da man uns nicht helfen wollte. Gerade als gleichgeschlechtliches Paar mit kostspieliger Kinderwunschbehandlung im Ausland hätten wir Sensibilität, Respekt und medizinische Verantwortung erwartet. Diese Praxis hat uns in einer der schwersten Phasen unseres Lebens menschlich enttäuscht. 💔
