When we came to Cuypers and Cuypers, we had had enough with the impersonal, conservative and protocol-oriented hospital care in the Netherlands with regard to fertility. We are grateful to Cuypers and Cuypers for the personal approach, the equal and honest conversations, for taking us seriously and for the friendly but decisive care. With a beautiful result.

After we had ‘finished’ treatment in the Netherlands because IVF / ICSI was not possible for us here due to physical limitations, we started looking at treatments abroad. We knew Cuypers & Cuypers through an acquaintance. After a short waiting time we were warmly welcomed, had a nice intake interview and additional research was done that had not yet been done in the Netherlands. Fortunately, IVF / ICSI was an option at Cuypers & Cuypers because more was possible with the sedation / anesthesia.

Ultimately we did 1 IVF and 3 ICSI treatments. At Cuypers they always thought along. If there was a low yield, we tried something new. All in all we received fourteen embryos and our very last chance ultimately stayed with us. She has grown into our beautiful girl who we can hold in our arms in two months. We will certainly take her to Heinsberg to show her to the staff.

How involved they were always! They always recognized us immediately, responded quickly to emails if we had questions or uncertainties, and were always friendly and enthusiastic. There is so much positivity there. Our first ultrasound with Mrs. Cuypers was magical. So much genuine joy and we were even allowed to hear the heartbeat. We have always felt so welcome at this clinic. It was a long and difficult process and it was never certain whether it would have a good outcome. Even if it had not worked out, we fully support that this clinic was the right choice and a great support in this adventure. There was always room for encouragement and comforting words as well as for talk and jokes.
It is difficult to find the right words, but we are infinitely grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Cuypers and all the staff. Thank you for all the good care and your involvement.

Friendly staff and excellent treatment. You will be helped here, in the Netherlands you are almost convicted if you want an IVF or ICSI process.

We had a very pleasant experience with both the clinic and the employees! You are listened to, several factors are looked at, such as your thyroid, vitamin D and your NK cells, and a plan is devised, in which your own participation also counts. There are short lines with the clinic, which is also very pleasant. We became parents of a healthy son for the first time in 2021 and we recently completed another treatment with a positive outcome. Very grateful for this!

Clinic where personal attention is of paramount importance. They take the time for you and respond quickly to questions. Appointments run smoothly and on time. Easily accessible via email. We had all the ultrasounds done there because we live nearby. This means you speak to the gynecologist more regularly. Further contact is via the assistants/nurses. They are not always completely aware of everything. We would recommend this clinic to everyone!

We definitely recommend Cuypers & Cuypers! Very friendly people with a positive appearance. After several failed attempts in the Netherlands and all the negativity, it was a relief to come here. The professionalism and ability to answer all our questions was very pleasant. Now finally with positive results for which we are extremely grateful to Cuypers and Cuypers! It is and remains incredibly exciting, but you are in good hands here.

Very skilled clinic with personal and committed staff. We highly recommend it! We cycled through IVF – no physical or mental complaints and with a positive result. The IVF process at Cuypers and Cuypers has only brought us positivity. The clinic also discovered and resolved other underlying health conditions, which has left me healthier as a woman.

After struggling for too long in the Netherlands with repeated miscarriages (4 years and 8 miscarriages), we at Cuypers & Cuypers are now 28 weeks pregnant within a year. The 1st ICSI attempt and 1st transfer was a success. This is of course a great outcome and I think it is certainly due to the additional research that is possible at Cuypers & Cuypers, which is unfortunately still not done in the Netherlands.

Very dissatisfied. I don’t know why there are so many good reviews. Because I have used ovulation-stimulating drugs in other reproductive centers, and the effect is very good. But here they changed me to another brand of uncommon ovulation-stimulating drugs, and they did not do blood tests to measure blood values ​​during ovulation induction, and I only went back to the hospital once. The bald male doctor asked me when to retrieve the eggs. The good results of my egg retrieval in other hospitals before were because the doctors strictly controlled the egg retrieval time. My previous two ovulation inductions were 15 days, and this time the ovulation induction was only 12 days. The drug waste was very large, and the waste of hundreds of euros of drugs did not exist before. As a result, 6 out of 10 eggs were immature this time. The bald male doctor actually concealed the facts and told me that my eggs were not round in shape. Another female doctor told me the truth. Of course, I don’t believe that there is a problem with the shape of my eggs. There has never been such a situation before. The final result is the last fertilized egg. This result hit me hard. I think ovulation induction is a very critical step in IVF. When I knew this result, I was very angry. Of course, the male doctor also said some very hurtful things, saying that you had a good egg retrieval before, but the result was not a baby. Then, I changed doctors every time, the doctor who made the plan, and the doctor who decided the egg retrieval time changed every time. I was very upset and questioned the level of the male doctor. And I thought: If the most commonly used ovulation-stimulating drugs used by patients have a good effect, other drugs should not be changed to affect the results. I came to this reproductive center with great expectations, but the process really disappointed me. I could use insurance but didn’t use it, and chose this self-funded hospital. It really wasted a lot of time and money.

We would like to thank Cuypers and Cuypers very much for their help/guidance in having our son and for the new child on the way! The road has not always been easy and we don’t know if we would have achieved this result without this clinic. You feel at home at the clinic, you are listened to, the doctors know who you are and how you work at some point 😉 and there is room to think along!
