Expensive IVF clinic with unethical practices. They charge upfront without refund. Noncompliant and recommended to avoid.

They charge everything upfront and never refund your money, even if the service isn't completed. They force you to buy medications there, with prices much higher than those at regular pharmacies, and sometimes they don't even want to give you the medication you've already paid for. Very unethical and not recommended. I already had to file a complaint with PROFECO and contact a lawyer for noncompliance. It's better to seek care from an independent doctor, for example, at Hospital Ángeles Universidad—it's cheaper, the treatment is warm and personalized, and they genuinely care about their patients.

Couple underwent 2 treatments at Fertygen before achieving success with Doctor Pedro Barba's help. Staff were humane, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend.

Hello, we are a couple who for 5 years were trying to have a baby and we couldn't, we underwent 2 treatments, one with a gynecologist and even with a midwife and nothing, until we met Fertygen, and thank God we achieved it, we are going to be 7 months pregnant, and everything is going super well, we had very good and humane care from Doctor Pedro Barba since he advised us before and after and told us that if we had questions or something to write to him by whatsapp and he always answered us and answers us to this day since we are from Veracruz, and Adela the financial advisor was very kind and attentive and other people whose names we do not remember. We recommend them 100%. Thank you very much Fertygen team for everything.

The clinic has poor communication, long waiting times, and has not paid the donor as agreed.

I do not recommend it, it is not a serious clinic, in my case it has been more than 3 months since I donated eggs and they still haven't paid me, even the accountant Ángeles only ignored my messages and put me off on certain occasions when she did answer me, I signed a contract with them in which the time limit for payment is established, they made a profit, but what about me? It was time, tickets, even pain.
