Disappointed by Policy, Lack of Compassion, and Pressure Tactics I initially chose this clinic because of their advertised professionalism and services, but my experience has been deeply disheartening. After paying $4,950 part payment for an IVF treatment, unforeseen medical and personal circumstances forced me to cancel. Despite my situation, which included high-risk pregnancy complications and a significant loss in my family, the clinic has refused a full refund, offering only $4,000. To make matters worse, the reason I paid so quickly—despite not even finalizing when I would begin treatment—was because the clinic pressured me with an email stating they would increase prices the following year. Feeling cornered, I made the payment under duress, not wanting to face higher costs. Their tactics to push clients into rushed decisions are not only unethical but also reflect poorly on their business practices. Their strict no-refund policy is not customer-friendly, especially for clients in unique or unavoidable situations. I was shocked to learn that they claim 30% taxes and marketing costs as reasons to deny a full refund. None of these deductions were transparently communicated when I made my payment. Despite explaining my challenges, their response showed little empathy, prioritizing rigid policies over clients’ well-being. As a mother and a grieving family member, this experience has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Their lack of flexibility and compassion makes me question their commitment to supporting patients through life-changing decisions. Future clients should know what to expect—this clinic prioritizes profit over people. I cannot recommend them unless they re-evaluate their refund policies, their communication transparency, and their pressure tactics. I urge the clinic to reconsider their practices and make this right by providing the full refund. Until then, this review will stand as a reflection of my experience.
