The best fertility clinic in east africa! Had my daughter thanks to these guy

Literally the worst clinic you could ever thinking of visiting .Don’t make the mistake of seeking their services ,rude and arrogant receptionist who thinks she’s the boss to poor time management .went there at 9am was attended to at 11am literally the first private hospital l went to with rude nurses who ignore you went you ask them for an update about your treatment.if you are planning to be a donor at this clinic don’t they are very difficult with payments they might end up not paying you your money .donated there 3wweks later still waiting for my payment yet they tell you they’ll pay up on the day of the retrieval.

Customer care and customer service is wanting.I was at the point by 8am as advised but up till now 12.42 no service.
The sad bit is that I was not updated on the progress.I had to shout to be heard and for them to take action.
The staff have “att ” to say the least.Not as friendly as I thought.

Fertility point have the best services ever. They knows what they are doing. Each an every one of them does his or her job perfectly. So if you are ready to start the journey to become the parents, this is the best center for you. Have a Trust in God and don’t think too much, always be positive and know that when God says yes, no one can say no. We must win this in Jesus’s name 🙏 🙌.

With the new doctor’s and embryologists the place has become pleasant for patients.
