Absolutely professional treatments. Appointments are really well managed with low waiting times on the phone and at the clinic. The facilities are very pleasant for patients.
We got lucky and our ICSI treatment worked after the first time. The Doctors know what they are doing and I felt like being in good hands all the time.

Due to communication issues, money was lost, 1000€ straight into the garbage, and a whole month was wasted, with no one taking responsibility. Very easy to say it’s all client’s fault! I don’t feel my time and money being respected here at all!!! They simply don’t have any empathy and don’t care! The attitude is unacceptable! For a first-time egg freezing procedure, they expect you to know everything without any explanation. It was a very exhausting process! Every other week, I get a surprise, but the last one caused the biggest issue, which is impossible to recover from! Shame on them for their attitude!

Our wish for our own child has come true thanks to the entire experienced team at the Fertility Center Berlin in 2021. Now at the end of 2024 we have made it after 2 precipitations and are at the beginning of our 2nd pregnancy. My husband and I felt that we were in good, experienced hands with Dr. Tandler-Schneider as well as with Ms. von Plauen as well as Dr. Siemann (very cordially) and Ms. Dr. Mesterharm.
I can’t put into words how grateful and happy we are.

I can only report positive things! If you want to have children, you’ve come to the right place. I only met nice people there and we were able to get help! Big thanks to Dr. Weblus, who accompanied our journey.

I connect with Ms. Dr. I have an incredibly deep sense of gratitude. After countless attempts in another clinic, she first gave us courage again and secondly gave us great advice and changed the medication. Yes, and what can I say, we became pregnant straight away during the first ICSI. It’s a great team working together there, everything ran smoothly and you were always given good advice if you had one or two questions along the way. We are overjoyed that we were able to hold our daughter healthy and happy in our arms in May 2023. Thank you

Worst clinic we have visited
We had artificial insemination and were called on a Saturday, we were supposed to go there on Sunday because of a transfer, no proper information, not 4 attempts without success abroad in Prague, 1 attempt and my little one is now 10 months old.
Now I have received yellow letters from the courts and they want more money

Stay away from these rip-offs. Money comes first, not people. They try to rip off as many customers as possible.
