WOW – Where do I even begin? Sheryl and the entire team at Elite Fertility Solutions were amazing start to finish. Trying to find the ‘best’ agency to work with to connect with an egg donor was an overwhelming search but we knew EFS was the best fit immediately. We appreciated being able to view profiles of donors from the very beginning without any pressure or commitment. We were impressed with the potential egg donors we saw. It was evident the vetting process was thorough. Sheryl and team know the recipe for success. One of the best parts about working with this agency is the responsiveness and communication. For anyone or families thinking about going through the IVF/surrogacy journey, its VERY overwhelming trying to manage all of the steps, people, etc. Elite Fertility definitely made this process much easier than it could have been with other agencies. Without going into specifics, we also ran into a few roadblocks along our embryo-creation journey, and Sheryl was an amazing partner. She instantly went into problem-solving mode and got everything straightened out in a matter of DAYS. My spouse and I are forever grateful to this agency. I can’t more strongly recommend this donor agency. The staff and donor screening/presentation is spectacular and Sheryl, the founder and director is incredibly impressive with an extraordinary background and career that led to the creation of this agency. The website was intuitive and easy to navigate, and donor pictures and profiles were thorough. Most importantly, their superb communication, responsiveness, kindness and understanding made an emotionally difficult process much lighter and easier. I had the most confidence in their process from day 1 and it is evident how thorough and rigorous their process is for screening a spectacular cohort of well prepared donors. Their referral team including therapists and legal counsel were absolutely fantastic professionals who made the process seamless, stressfree, efficient and clear.
